I have not POSTED in A minute.. I've been UNDER THE WEATHER.. My EXPIRIRENCED AT THE COUNTRY INN.. I VE ALREADY XPOSED my thoughts on HOTEL.COM.. CHECKED IN YESTERDAY 3-3- 2025 at a glance the room appeared DECENT.. Couldn't Sleep All Nite, I stayed up COUGHING UP FLEM.. the morning 03-04-2025.. I looked at the ceiling there is BLACK MOLD over the HVAC UNIT NOT A LITTLE A GREAT AMOUNT.. Immediately took the issue to the FRONT DESK.. the Evening Manager did an Excellent job about the situation... MR. X we will move you from 103 into a better.. the NEW MORNING MANAGER .. ASKED ME TO LEAVE. This morning 03-04-2025.. There were MANY GEUST AT THE FRONT DESK WITH ISSUES, Mostly with UNIT CONDITION.. A MAN and his wife were complaining about an ISSUE they had 03-03- 25.. I told the MAN i had heard his issue and Night and I feel his situation, and as he finished his business. I STEPPED AWAY FROM THE COUNTER, and explained my similar situation I had and showed him the pictures.. And I told him he SHOULD CALL CORPORATE and INFORM THEM.. AND i EXPLAINED to him.. THAT I had reached out to them early this morning And INFORMED CORPORATE OFFICE of my issue.. WHICH CORPORATE gave me a REFERENCE NUMBER for My PAST NITE STAY, And COMPED ME for a FUTURE STAY (ACTUALLY 2 DAYS).. SO OVER HEARING THE CONVERSATION BETWEEN THE MAN & SELF.. the Manager BROWN PERSON comes over asked could she speak to me. I SAID CERTAINLY.. She goes on to tell me THEY (COUNTRY INN) is going to REFUSE MY RESERVATION BECAUSE I HAD informed the other customer.. And ON THAT GROUNDS SHE HAS CANCELLED MY RESERVATION.. and also I had a word with the BREAKFAST LADY, about there were NO MUFFINS but CHOCOLATE.. in which HER response to me was.. CISCO ONLY SENT US CHOCOLATE MUFFINS.. YOU NEED TO TAKE THIS UP WITH CISCO, THEY HAVE YOUR MUFFINS.. AND CO SIGNED BY ANOTHER ROOM SUPERVISOR, GARANTEEING THAT THERE WERE NO MUFFINS BLUBERRY OR BANANA NUT MUFFINS... BEFORE SHE COULD FINISHE HER STATEMENT.. THE OLDER SERVER CAME FROM THE KITCHEN WITH 15 MUFFINS, THEY WERE COLD SHE JUST TOOK THEM FROM THE FRIDGE... I've paid for 1 of those is INCLUDED with My ROOM /Breakfast.. That this server was taking/hiding from the PAYING CUSTOMERS... LYING BROWN PEOPLE... this is the reason the BROWN LADY asked me TO LEAVE THE COUNTRY INN... THAT IVE PAID FOR.. So I've NOTIFIED.. Channel 2 NEWS.. SEE SOMETHING SAY SOMETHING,, and THEY WERE VERY INTERESTED to HEAR.. and at the close of the issue with the BROWN MANAGER.. I LET HER KNO.. IM GONA PRAY for You.. U have made A POOR BROWN PERSON DECISION.. TAKE CARE of YOURSELF, because after I Speak to your Upper House.. You SHOULD BE JOBLESS....

Read moreI am absolutely blown away. . This property is run like a professional., warm and welcoming, guest focused military. Major attention to detail with operations, cleanliness, and upkeep of the hotel… the customer service makes it like the Chick-fil-A of Radisson hotels. I was a platinum member with Radisson up until choice acquired them and now I’m diamond with choice. I’m also Diamond with Hilton. My experience at State College country Inn and suites blows any experience I’ve ever had at a Hilton property out of the water. I even made the mistake of booking third-party, but I was treated with the same respect and professionalism that I would have been had I booked direct. . One of the best things this property has going for it is that they have Kaija as the face of the property on guest walk in . She is genuine, professional, polished, and friendly . Any business would be so lucky to have her on their team . I’ve stayed a lot of properties, and I notice all of the small things. There was nothing in my room that I could find that was out of place, not cleaned properly, or not in working order. I’ll admit I’m not the happiest about choice acquiring Radisson. It was so nice to go to this property and feel the high quality Radisson experience as it’s always been. Way to go to state...
Read moreThe hotel is in a great location. The driveway is not well marked, but still easy to find and access. There is plenty of well lit parking in a newly paved parking lot. The front has a covered entryway with luggage carts for unloading. There are lots of activities and food within a few minutes drive. The lobby is open, spacious, well lit, beautifully designed and updated, and extremely clean. The entire hotel is kept clean and updated. In fact, the entire hotel was spotless. The staff is very friendly, providing excellent customer service. They would always wish you well when entering or exiting. The rooms were extremely clean, updated, nicely decorated, spacious, and without any bad odors. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable for me. The air conditioner was very strong. There is a large bathroom with hot water and strong water pressure. The towels are tiny and a little worn, but plenty of them. There are also plenty of closet space. I only gave the hotel 4 Stars due to affordability and pricing. I felt the rooms were overpriced, even at a group rate. I would never have paid full price, at almost $1000 for two nights.
