Be prepared for a self service dining experience. Orders are placed at a counter. The option to tip 15, 18, or 20 percent is given at point of sale of the food. I tipped 18% on a $40 Order of nachos, a quesadilla and a salad. No one in our party wanted alcohol. No other drink order was taken. We realized after our food came that we had no drinks. The water in the dispenser one level up was warm. We got our three items with one plastic fork and a few napkins. We did not see the waitress again after that. As mentioned this place is easy to miss, the sign for voodoo brewing is overshadowed by the Maine Lobster sign. The Maine Lobster company was there first and Voodoo rents from them. Parking is terrible as also mentioned, we almost got run over walking down the path to the back to get to the brewery. The beer was descent I had the voodoo love child and my partner had an Imperiam Stout. Ambiance is layed back with ample outside sitting on the porch as well as enended sitting down by the creek, not a whole lot inside. As NJ residents with a place in State College, we learned about Voodoo Brewing Co. from bartender Danielle. During our initial visit, Danielle notably treated us and all patrons with care, courtesy, and great enthusiasm; and we enjoyed the terrific beers, food, and overall vibe. Now, every time we are in SC, we plan a Voodoo night, typically on a Bingo Thursday when bartender/number-caller Josh entertains us.
