Reservation was upheld, but they ran out of microwaves before we checked in (the guy in front of me got the last one, that seems odd to run out but okay) Never got one in the 4 days we were there. Room was decently clean, not perfect but good. Bathroom had a few issues but still worked. (Floor would flood regardless of curtain angle, toilet tank lid wasn't right fit, etc) Great massaging shower head! The pillows were horribly lumpy. Beds were okay. AC and heater both worked. Refrigerator and freezer worked. Safe in room, did not use so not sure if it worked. TV works but finicky remote. When we needed more towels or anything, we just had to call and ask. It was delivered fairly quick. (There's a notice upon check in that you'll need to call for things due to Covid, totally okay with that) Pool and hot tub were clean and worked. (They have 2 different sets of times posted, the latest one was correct.) Vending machine and laundry mat on site, though slightly expensive. Restaurant on site as well, decently priced for menu. Elevator was a bit scary, then we noticed the paperwork is expired!

Absolute worst hotel i’ve been too. I came in with my own reservation and Gary told me to cancel my reservation that i made online to book the room in person because the one we got online wasn’t available. Doesn’t make any sense but okay we did. My reservation was Oct 20-22 for $262. Gary booked me for ONE night which did not reflect my reservation days and for ONE night they charged me $230. The come to my room telling us to check out and obviously we’re confused. He then tells me we only booked one night. WRONG i would’ve NEVER canceled my two night reservation to do one night for $30 cheaper when i could’ve kept my 2 night reso at the price of $270. They don’t even wanna accommodate us for their mistake. They told me id neeed to pay an additional $270 which would mean i paid $500 for TWO nights. Instead of $260 for TWO nights. Now i just rebooked online and the daytime manager is telling me i still have to check out and move to a different room? So i have to pay an extra $300 and repack all my things just to move to a different room that’s the exact same as the one i booked.

Overall a good stay, rooms are very outdated, furniture looks as if its been pained because of paint chipping and the bathroom has mold and looks like it's been repainted a bunch of times just trying to cover it up. The plus side the day before we left they had a bunch of new carpet being delivered so hopefully they get that in the rooms asap because the carpets are kinda crunchy. We felt safe until night 3 when we came back to our room #140 (first floor) at about 9pm when their was non residents in the back lot by our room "we have a 3 month old" so it wasn't very easy to settle for the night. Surprisingly I only saw two bugs during our 5 nights so very happy about that! Very pleased with the cleaning crew everything looked great and clean just disappointed to see used toilet paper rolls so we bought our own, but that's mostly management because they made the rolls look pretty with a nice fold same with the towels(room service has to be requested at front desk). We paid $860 for a two queen bed for 5 nights 9/16/22 - 9/21/22 overall pleased with the stay.

I’ve stayed at other Ramada’s and never had this kind of service. We came here for a church conference for 6 days and the first 3 days we received no house keeping services. We called the front desk and still we did not have our rooms cleaned. We saw the housekeeper out and I had a conversation with her in Spanish About our rooms not being cleaned and if she could at least give us clean towels. She said no she wouldn’t give any clean towels! Who does that??? She signed for us to go to front desk and pointed and not once did she have a conversation with me to acknowledge my concerns. I was mortified with the service we had been receiving here. On top of that our room key reader wouldn’t take our keys so we had to go to the front desk 13 times to get new card keys bc we couldn’t get into our room. They never did request service on it to have it looked at. We saw the matinenance man Mike who helped us with our fridge door on day one who was the nicest man and the most helpful out of all these people. He politely worked On our card key situation and called the front desk to notify them of the problem. Sadly it was never fixed or changed out during the duration of our time. We saw the GM with someone from corporate and we told him of our problem with the poor service had been receiving and the neglect of cleaning of our rooms. He assured us it would be clean. It’s was 4pm that evening and we still had not had our rooms clean. We saw the house keeper again and we took our towels off the cart that she wouldn’t give us the Previous day. When we told her we had spoken to the GM about her poor behavior and service she actually spoke ! Wow i told her you can actually speak. Finally on day 4 I found a different house keeper and she came in to clean our rooms around 5pm while I was Getting ready. We spent time at the pool and there were NO towels there and no where could you get them. We had to hunt a housekeeper to get one towel and that was a task! Everyday including our last day there were no pool towels for their guests even after complaining everyday they didn’t have them available for their guests. Unbelievable and unacceptable as we spent well over 1000$ for our stay of bad and neglectfull service. I will never stay here again and truly not happy with The all around poor customer service we received. No. Comps were given to us or did they even try to make it right ! I was appalled. Needless to say I won’t be coming back here and the incredible thing many other people had mentioned their poor service as well. I typically don’t give bad reviews but I felt that this placed deserved it and most importantly other people checking the reviews before they stay would read this before choosing this as a place to stay. I am like most people who do read reviews before trying any place and I always appreciate and consider people’s Comments before...

Unfortunately my experience was horrible. The hotel was descent and comfortable. Although, the staff was very unprofessional. My stay was was booked for the weekend of my wedding. It was set several weeks in advance by customer service representative, says they will give me a discount, due to my wedding. That the first night was paid with the fees and my second night of our wedding was going to have the discount of the $50 fee. All I needed to do is check in for my hotel card and parking permit . Checking in, they had me complete a form and still pay a $50 fee , they said because it was not through them. I was like no we paid the fee and one night has no fee. They said, it will get reimbursed just is a check in fee and the 2nd fee , none due. The next morning on my wedding , I was going to get ready and I received a email to check out and check back in at check in time. I called the front desk and they said, we can do it on the phone but I still need to go in and complete the check in for signature and pay another $50. I went and explained to them why would I need to check out , they said, I can stay but I had to check out in the system and back in complete the paperwork and pay the &50. I was like no. I payed in full but the second night has a discount of the $50, no need for me to pay , I said, no I have the email confirmation. They said, that it was not through them I needed to pay to stay. Okay but I was , it is here and the room requested and the amount is confirmed. If they can make the reservation and they took the money why can’t they honor the discount why did it became a problem. Therefore, in total, I was going to pay $150 fees besides my room total, totaling of $662 , crazy for two days. Then she was rude and sarcastic, we’ll that’s are fees if you like to get this payed before your checkout , with a smirk. I asked for a supervisor, there’s none, a manager, she said, there was none at the moment either, how about an assistant manager neither she replied. I asked them who handles complaints and concerns. She says, there’s only employees and we only check in and out that’s what we’re here to help . I asked how can we make this right , she says, to check in and out and repay fees .I checked out . I only had three hours to get myself and family to another hotel showered and to the salon before my wedding. Then they still try to charge my card at 1:30am in the morning, they said, it was not successful and to contact them asap. I had to call and tell them off , and told them I was set in another hotel, with better services, and accommodated due to my previous experience. I told them and showed them proof of their mistake and demands from the Ramada. The Ramada representative just said, okay we’ll be assuring your not in our system as no longer here. In addition, half the lights didn’t work . Thank God, I locked my card ....

I write this review with a heavy heart. I have stayed at this hotel several times because the quality and comfort of the rooms are pretty good. The maids and grounds keepers are professional and pleasant however this last trip has left a horrible impression and put me in a very dangerous situation. After spending 3 nights and we'll into my 4 night the office manager along with a male worker knocked on my door. When I answered she asked me to step outside, My boyfriend was coloring in an adult coloring book and my best friend was snoring away, so I complied. Once outside she informed me that I had several men in and out of my room the past two hrs... I tried to explain to her that that was impossible but she insisted that she had witnessed it with her own eyes. She must be near sighted because there had been No man in and out of my room besides my boyfriend who had gone to the gym a cpl hrs prior to her absurd accusation. She then told me that I had to pack and leave and she was giving me 15 min to do so. At this point I asked her if she would refund my money and she agreed to do so. So I woke up my friend and told my boyfriend and packed as fast as we could. As I walked out the door, my neighbors were all out partying in front of thier room. Two girls and several men . I then went to the office to let her know that she was obviously mistaken and asked for my refund she informed me that since it was through a third party that I would have to have them refund it. This brings us to the time I payed for a room prior that was booked 2 min before midnight and the kept my money because of the date was wrong even though I was there by check in the next day ... they just have no respect or consideration for thier guests. So I said great I will have hotwire call her I went to my car and called and watched the front office lie and say she was not there I was then told to call after 3pm today which I did. Of course when hotwire spoke to Kristin she said I used the room till midnight which again was a lie and refused to ok the refund. I am appalled by the way I was treated. There was no warning or calls from the office that informed me of any wrong doing . I was forced to leave my room in the middle of the night with no where to go. This was totally embarrassing and uncalled for. They now have robbed me twice. Is there any recourse.?? This woman is not fit to run a home let alone a hotel. I will be looking into lawful way to picket and make others aware of this establishments practices... they should be held accountable for terrorizing us and forcing us out onto the streets of Costa mesa with no money and no...
