First of all, don’t go here customer service at this place was the worst I’ve ever seen in my entire 60 years of living. On Friday 10/3/2025, My handicapped husband went inside to order us some food and was not acknowledged for over 15 minutes while the crew was walking around, laughing and drinking their sodas and talking on their phones and completely ignoring him. When he finally got someone’s attention, he was bothered by it and didn’t say can I help you go to hell nothing like that didn’t say a word. . He was the only one dressed in some kind of Management attire and he had Band-Aids all up and down his neck, and my husband asked him what happened to your neck? And he replied, that’s none of your business and my husband said excuse me it is my business you’re handling food., and the guy replied, don’t worry about it. It’s none of your business. So my husband comes back out to the car and I said where’s our food and he told me what happened, I went back inside with my phone and once again stood there for over 15 minutes not being acknowledged. No one said hi. Nobody said we’ll be right with you. Nothing and the place was a complete disaster. It smelled really bad in there and everybody in there behind the counter was laughing and playing their games on their phones Not a care in the world. And a sweet little old man was standing there he introduced himself to me as Sam, and I asked him do you know who that guy‘s name is the one with the Band-Aid on his neck and he told me Angel. And I said thank you so much as I was trying to get Angel’s attention he kept passing me by while I took a picture of him So I can show his boss that this is the guy that is so rude to people and to be as rude as he was to my handicapped husband is over the line, so right before he went back behind the counter, I stopped him and asked him. Why were you so rude to my husband, and he said and replied because your husband asking me questions that is not his concern and nor none of his business and I go, are you talking about why he asked you about the Band-Aids that are on your neck? He replied, yes, and it is none of your business either. It’s because of people like that that give restaurants a bad name he thinks he’s all that, his little cocky attitude should not be in the restaurant business industry, actually anything to do with dealing with people he should be far away from. We have lived here in Orange County for over 50 years and have been through some really hard times and some good times and to be disrespected like that from him to a handicap man he should be reprimanded. He should be sent to some kind of school to teach him how to treat people Instead of trying to be something he’s not. We will never go there again and I will tell all of my friends the same stay away from that dirty filthy place with...

I’ve been coming here for years, as I live down the street but the service has gotten so bad I will never come back. Tonight was by far the absolute worst experience I have ever had here ever. It is st paddy’s day (Sunday March 17th 2024) After a long night of homework, I decided to treat myself to some junk food. I waited in the drive thru line for about a half an hour and it didn’t move at all, it really wasn’t that busy, maybe 8-10 cars in front of me. I turned out of the line and parked my car. I went inside to grab food. I waited another 20 minutes with no one in front of me waiting in line to order and wasn’t even looked at or talked to. A couple people were waiting for food and he asked the heavy set guy bagging food if his order was ready. The guy snapped back with “I’m only one person” an older woman asked if her food was ready, she was waiting 20 minutes for a quesadilla, then a woman handed her one that had been sitting there for God knows how long. Then she went back to making food with no gloves on…. Dunking her hands in everything. This was around 10:45pm. Honestly it was disgusting and I hadn’t ordered or been acknowledged at all so I left. Got food at jack in the box with no line and no problem. Hope your listening...

NO LONGER PROVIDE NAPKINS OR HOT SAUSE!! UNLESS you REQUEST it AFTER they hand you your take out food!!!

BEEN here now 5 times in 3 months. It’s a HUGE ONGOING ISSUE. I asked if it was standard procedure NOT TO INCLUDE A COUPLE OF NAPKINS Period! The male actually said YES! Claims the employee according to corporate. I kindly responded to the take out male employee i I requested specific hot sauce and napkins upon ordering take out since it happens to be the trend now. The male employee hands me napkins then decides what hot sauce I want without asking and slams a fist full of the hottest hot sauce possible. Mind you they have 3 options. I look him directly in the eye and respond to him how do you know what hot sauce I wanted without asking me? Nor do I appreciate you forcing an obscene amount of hot sauce in my hand. I then said I only wanted 4 total as described in my order NOT 12 or More Shoved into my Hand.

GO TO TACO BELL!!!! They ACTUALLY GIVE YOU NAPKINS AND ASK WHAT KIND OF HOT SAUCE AND HOW MANY WHEN YOU ORDER!!

I DID CONTACT CORPORATE AND REPORTED THIS IS THR 5th TIME. Yes, I like hot sauce but COME ON DEL TACO DON’T BE BEYOND CHEAP WHERE YOU DON’T INCLUDE NAPKINS IN A TOGO ORDER. ITS LITERALLY 1/16th or LESS OF A PENNY FOR...
