My family and I have been hosting our annual New Year's party at the Hampton Inn in Cranbury, NJ for the past five years, and every year, it exceeds our expectations! This hotel has become our home away from home, offering the perfect blend of comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service.

First and foremost, the hotel itself is consistently spotless. The rooms are always fresh, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we need for a relaxing stay. It's clear that cleanliness is a top priority, and that attention to detail really makes a difference, especially when you're hosting a large group like we do. With 15 rooms booked each year, we always feel well taken care of and comfortable.

One of the highlights of staying at this Hampton Inn is the fantastic breakfast. Every morning, we are treated to a wide variety of fresh and delicious options that cater to everyone's tastes. From hearty hot items to lighter fare, it’s a great way to start the day, and the quality of the food never disappoints.

But what truly sets this Hampton Inn apart is its staff. Ayaz, the manager, goes above and beyond to ensure every detail is perfect. He’s incredibly responsive and helpful, making sure that all our needs are met, whether it’s special requests for our party or simply ensuring a smooth check-in process for our group. Mira, the sales manager, has been a pleasure to work with. Her organization and attention to detail ensure that our event runs flawlessly each year.

A special shoutout to Akash, Luigi, and the rest of the amazing staff who have always treated us with such warmth and professionalism. They make us feel like valued guests every time, and their friendliness truly enhances our experience. Whether it's accommodating last-minute changes or offering a friendly smile in passing, the staff truly makes this hotel stand out.

Booking 15 rooms for our event can sometimes be a challenge, but the team at Hampton Inn Cranbury always accommodates us with ease. We never feel like a hassle, and they handle our large group with such grace. The hospitality is second to none!

I feel I should start by saying my 3-Star rating is not because I didn't like this hotel - it's because TripAdvisor says 3-Stars = Average, which I'd say my stay was. Seems kind of harsh when the consumer standard has become 5 Star if all is OK and 1 Star if the breakfast coffee isn't hot enough, but here we are.||The hotel is a mile or so off the turnpike - you need to drive a bit farther than you expect to these days (especially at night) - but is not hard to find. The hotel receptionists greeted us well (hi to the apprentice!) and we found our King Room with Sofa was quite large by hotel standards and appeared clean. The included breakfast the next day was about what you expect but my wife was happy with the fresh fruit. The room decor, which I don't feel I never notice, was pretty poor - one long wall was completely blank as I recall (could be wrong), while the others had some random pictures in odd placements. An odd occurrence for a nice hotel but who really cares.||What I had a problem with, and what prevented the '4-Stars = Very Good', was the arrangement of the room, of all things. Perhaps due to issues with the sofa size, or perhaps for some other reason, the bed was on the 'wrong' wall - the desk and other tables, and notably the TV, were on the right as you lay on the bed. Perhaps OK if you were sitting on the couch but in the evening before dozing off I think most people are in bed and aren't looking to crank their heads to the right for hours to watch a show or two.||The other problem with this arrangement was that the HVAC unit was on the wall opposite the bed with the immobile fans angled so that the air blew right in your face as you lay down. I jury-rigged a solution by dragging some furniture in front of the HVAC so as to deflect the flow a bit, but should I have to?||The arrangement 'issue' was small but annoying and not the fault of the hotel staff on duty that night - I don't think! This is only the second time I've been in a hotel where they put the TV to the side of the bed, that I can recall - and the other was a Hampton Inn in Bend OR (I'll never forget, apparently). Note to Hampton Management - not a...

I traveled a lot and stayed in very nice hotels, but this hotel is really EXCEPTIONAL. The location of the hotel is quite far from heavy traffic but yet you still close to everything. The lobby is nicely designed, with cozy atmosphere, very clean. Restrooms nice and clean. Hand sanitizers, good quality, everywhere throughout the hotel. Rooms are nicely designed, very practical, I love electric outlets location, especially when you working in the room and need everything easy to access. I trully love my working space. Room designed very smart practical with calm colors. I do love pictures on the walls, make room look more then just a regular hotel room:). Very thoughtful. I am a clean freak especially when I'm visiting hotels. Restroom in the room is super clean, corners on the floor and floor moldings are perfectly clean! Really, kudos to cleaning personnel. Every inch of the room is clean. It is very important especially now, with Covid. Also, maybe it something little, but I do pay attention, this hotel use good brand for soaps and lotions. And what deserves a separate review - is breakfast boxes this hotel provide to their customers. I honestly didn't even count on breakfast at all. Or max I expect a muffin. Especially considering our times, that hotels cannot serve hot breakfast. This hotel went to a totally another level. I got beautifully prepared nice box. Which is again, very practical and thoughtful. So it this box I found personally wrapped pilled hard boiled eggs, yogurt, orange juice, healthy snacks, mini bagels, mini jam and cream cheese, muffin. Its so cute, healthy and amazing at the same time that it just blew my mind. Who ever come up with this idea is supermind:). And also personnel is amazing, very nice polite and attentive. I didn't workout in gym yet, and I wish one day I will swim in the pool, but these facilities look amazing to me as well. I want to say thank you so much for every employee of this hotel.
