Italian Touch was the first Italian restaurant that we dined in while visiting New Jersey for the first time. I don't think we will be able to go to another Italian restaurant in Jersey without comparing it to this one! Food:A+, Service:A+ (Kaitlyn was friendly, understanding, and professional), Portions: A+++, Price:A+ (portion size was amazing for the amount per entree). We each (3 ppl) got a pasta entree which came with a huge bowl of soup (chicken noodle or pasta fagioli) and fresh-baked bread with olive oil and butter. Linguini with meatballs and tomato sauce came with 3 larger-than-gollfball-sized meatballs. My husband found the sauce a bit too sour, but I had a couple of bites and I found it delicious! Our daughter had chicken and broccoli angel hair (usually comes with penne but she asked for angel hair) with olive oil white wine sauce. Everyone loved it! I had the Primavera with angel hair which was veggies and a cream sauce...also delicious. I would've liked to have more veggies (it was more cream sauce than veggies), but that sauce was so rich and flavorful that I didn't care. We all were too full for dessert and we took enough leftovers home for at LEAST one more meal (maybe two!). I highly recommend this place for a hearty family meal or a great date night.

Starting with the name Italian Touch you can feel the reminisce of Italy throughout this establishment although not too flashy this location makes you want to dress business casual. The service is Unexpectedly 5 star and the energy is stupendous. Ok on to the food. My wife and I had the pleasure to get to know one of the cooks trying out their personal favorites and I can easily see what the hype is about. Each slice bring farm to table flavors with a brick oven crust. I must say the flavor is what you expect when you desire that flavor. Food is an art and a science and they nailed both. Excellent experience here. Will be back. So I ordered a specialty Pie. A Cheese Steak Sicilian topped with peppers and garlic. 🤤 Talk about perfection their science behind how they make their dishes is just perfect and exactly how/what you'd expect pizza to turn out to be. 5️⃣✴️✴️✴️✴️✴️ The Sicilian was crunchy on the bottom, soft in the middle and nothing but flavor upon flavor upon flavor at the top with their homemade barbecue sauce. The one thing I love about this establishment is that they're not shy about the toppings. Can't go wrong here.

Surprisingly love this place. We were driving try to find a place for dinner after a long flight. The gps took us here, so we took a shot. The food was mouth watering. The garlic shrimp 🍤 was a bomb. We ended up using a spoon 🥄 drinking the whole garlic sauce lol. Pasta were fantastic. I don’t know if I was hungry or the food was just amazing. I think the second one. The entree were huge. I had to finish it in 3 meals. They also come with soup or salad. The only thing that don’t have is liquor, wasn’t a big deal for me. We had to sit outside due to reopening period. They had some mosquitoes but I didn’t get bit, so I was ok with it 😂. The waiter was so nice. He moved another table to extend our table for us without asking because he saw how much food we ordered. Definitely will always eat here when we back in this town.

I simply had to write this review!! We placed an online order for a half tray of the calamari diablo on Thursday for an anniversary party this past Saturday. When we began serving our guests, we noticed that pasta was in the tray. We've ordered the calamari diablo from here many times, but pasta was never included in the dish. When we got ready to serve our guests, we noticed that the pan was full of pasta (with the calamari). Since the business was closed yesterday, I called today and spoke with the Manager (Joe). He was obnoxious and argumentative. He said that they made a change to the physical menu and that the tray now includes pasta. Although the physical menu was updated, the online was not. He said that I should have told them I didn't want pasta when I placed the order, but we were not aware of the change since the last time we ordered, nor had the online menu been updated to reflect the change. He also said that we should have called back the same day to inform them of the issue and they would have made another dish in an hour. But we could not leave our guests during the party, so today was earliest we could try to remedy the issue since the restaurant was closed yesterday. I tried to reason with him and told him that I didnt want our money refunded...I'd accept a pan of the calamari (without the pasta). He said he wouldn't do it since we should have called earlier. But, I told him he was being unreasonable. We could not leave our guests and the restaurant was closed on Sunday. Today was the first opportunity to explain and try to resolve the issue. They should update the online menu for customers that are placing online orders. It is misleading to the customers not physically ordering in the store. Also, the Manager (Joe) has a terrible attitude!! He was not at all customer friendly or willing to compromise at all. I would NOT order from this place again!! 😒

Update After Owner Response: We should have been told that Calamari Diavolo was not on the catering menu when we called to place our order. We have no problem with pasta dishes, but that is not what we ordered. Had we been told that calamari diavolo was not available on the catering menu, we would have made a different decision. The item on the menu was "Calamari Marinara" which is not what we ordered. Still waiting on how can you make...

We are in town and staying at a hotel nearby, so this was a hidden gem for us. We honestly picked it because of the menu online and the proximity to us...and it was the best decision! It's small - you can either order pizza to-go or sit in the dining area. We ordered 2 appetizers, and I wish the server would have told me to skip an entre. The eggplant rollatini was an appetizer, but it could have been my full meal! The serving was huge! In today's world of shrinkflation this was a nice surprise. I also ordered the ravioli, but compared to the eggplant it was just OK. If you like eggplant and cheese - get the rollatini. My son had the fried calamari and then just plain spaghetti. My husband had the baked lasagna. They both said it was delicious - and too much food to finish in one sitting. The real gem, though, was the service! There were (3) servers working, and they all seemed to share tables. Our glasses were never empty, and they checked on us throughout the meal. We were so impressed we even said something to them! The only complaint I would have is the volume. The room has high ceilings and there's nothing to muffle noise, so even with 8 people in the room it got really loud. So if you are sensitive to that just be warned. Otherwise, if you are anywhere near Italian Touch stop in!...
