We honestly have to give this location all 5 stars! They earned the max star rating.
Reason #1: Our research began a couple of weeks ahead of our in-store visit on Saturday 5/9. I used their online CHAT feature to ask questions and Phil and someone else provided the responses. I was very pleased...but we were facing a week at a hospital and would likely miss the sale we were interested in. MF Char took our name and bed interest information and forwarded it to the store.
Reason #2: The store visit 5-9. We walked in and were greeted by Jake (Wright)....Very courteous, naturally courteous, not an over-the-top flamboyant high ego cheerleading show. We were relaxed instantly...and the manager, I think she was Misty (I apologize, but I forgot), also introduced herself. Jake took us around after assessing our needs (which is difficult for us to explain...heck, we wanted to be comfortable, get some good rest). We were there about an hour-ish....and made a decision. We had to step down from the first few beds presented to us...they were out of our budget, but between Jake and Misty we were made an offer on a lower level setup of their top-of-the-line brand.
Every step of the process went smoothly. Every step was stress-free....and that is not a common occurrence. Every step was well explained to us. We'll see how the delivery goes....including setup and demonstration and removal of our old bed. We have complete confidence that the backside of the sales process will go smoothly. We also have confidence in post-sale problem resolution should any present.
Good store! Great store! Exceptional people...Jake and Misty! Believe me, people make the difference, not necessarily the product alone. These two represent Mattress Firm....they did their job very well. Call ahead, ask for them, go to the store and relax. You can ask any question and you will get an honest response. For questions that require a higher authority to resolve, Misty is there to handle those.

Danny, the manager greeted us warmly & professionally upon our entrance to the store, even though he was dealing with several other customers at the time. He told us he would help us ASAP. Danny promptly walked us through almost every mattress in the store and answered all of my questions. (And also dealt graciously with the expected distractions of my 3 children). When I informed Danny of the budget my husband had given me, in addition to what I wanted in a mattress, he informed me of the pre-owned (Clearance) mattresses (mattresses that had been sold new, returned within a 4 month warranty window, had passed warehouse inspections and had undergone a stringent sanitizing process). While I was on the phone with my husband, Danny called the warehouse to see what they had "ready to go" in the Clearance inventory. He was up-front, knowledgable and helpful and told me exactly what the cost would be, delivery fee and removal of old mattress (FREE). Danny was sweet with my kids and even let them hit some practice golf balls. 3 Days later, our perfectly pre-owned, thoroughly sanitized, King hybrid mattress has been delivered by the courteous and professional Red Carpet Mattress Firm delivery guys.    Read moreWent in last week to buy my 2 yr old a new mattress.Dan was only employee place was empty .After looking at several mattress we were told we could get a set on clearance for a lot less so he showed us the floor model we said great and were told he could get it from another store they will be there on Monday we paid for our purchase and returned on Monday to pick it up.It was really windy and Dan put them in my van. I got home and place them on the frame and noticed on big red letters on plastic Pre owned .We were told they were clearance and at no time did he say used .I called store and told Dan about the problem He said what did you think clearance ment I said it means at a discount .He said that the mattress had been sanitized .I told him I wanted a refund he agreed.when I returned them he said when you buy a clearance item at best buy or walmart its used. I informed him that that's not true I worked for Wal-Mart years ago and never did we sell used items as new.I got a receipt for a refund to my card and left waiting half my day and half a tank of gas.Dan was very rude and when I mentioned this really "%#×€&/" me off he said "I have a Gulf club behind the counter" I never threatened him just told him how I felt. The fact that when Corporate called me to ask about it I told them and he still works there after basically threatening me.Not a company I would recommend . they contacted me he still works there and they did nothing just lip service on here...
