My family and I stayed at this hotel for two nights, we made reservations over the phone. We reserved a room with two double beds and were told we would defiantly get the room we requested. After driving 10 hours from Michigan to Alabama we arrived at our hotel. When we checked in we were told there wasn’t any rooms available with two beds so they put us into a room with one bed and the room was also handicapped, we then told the staff that this room was unacceptable and we would need a bigger room considering we had three people. They then put us into a room with a jacuzzi tub and one king sized bed. We then decided that we would just have to make the room work. When tried out the jacuzzi tub and when we turned the water on a ton of dirt and hair came up out of the jets and it was clear the tub had not been cleaned... We pulled our sheets back to go to bed and the sheets were dirty with hair and stains all over our bed. We called the front desk and a women came up and changed the sheets she was such a great help! The room was so dirty it was clear to us that our room was not cleaned as it should of been. The second night we stayed we had no water or use of a bathroom for over an hour. The hallways reeked of marijuana smoke and all night long somebody was knocking on our door and running away. This hotel is terrible I wouldn’t even let my dog stay here! NEVER AGAIN will I stay...
