Blake did a phenomenal job coordinating delivery of 3 mattress purchased in advance from two separate locations with the delivery date TBD by completion of home. Unfortunately, the delivery was incorrect and incomplete from the factory. Initial delivery was attempted without homeowner's knowledge. Second delivery contained pieces from both orders, but was lacking several items. Additional date set, on a Sunday, to complete. However the list of items on confirmation email is still lacking one piece. A third, hopefully FINAL, delivery will be necessary. First off let me tell you this I'm a very large man and trying to find a bed and frame is very overwhelming. Ken N. Made this the most amazing experience I've had. He explained everything and took the time to know my wants and needs. Not many people take the time to do that. I went to Mattress Firm with a very specific request and with very limited time. I was not looking for any hard sales pitches. Michael understood this need and quickly directed me to my request. He mentioned one other deal that was happening during Labor Day, but applied no pressure. As he wrote up the order I requested, we determined the delivery time would not work.
