If I could give zero stars I would. Lady at the front desk is rude and has zero personality. If you hate working with animals and people so much, go work from home and stop subjecting the world to your attitude. Never being here, I drove right by the place as there’s nothing outside that shows which building they are. I came in and said “you guys need some signs out front. I drove right by!” She replied “that’s not my problem, talk to the owner.” She took him back to trim his nails and brought him back out for me to pay. Advertised price is $12 so I asked for a receipt as I was charged $16. She said she can’t give receipts? What? So I explained the price on the website then needs to be updated as it’s a significant increase. She said “again not my problem. Talk to the owner. I have no control over what this place does.” I said “well I’m just letting you know if you want to pass it along to your boss that the price is wrong. It’s false advertising and can lead a business to legal trouble.” I asked her why she’s so nasty to paying customers and she claimed she was nothing but nice🤣 she was one the most rude people I’ve dealt with in a pet facility in my life. I have 4 dogs that are all groomed and cared for very regularly. I was a new customer bringing my dog in to test the waters with a nail trim. Thank God I didn’t entrust this lady with my dogs care any further. Just by her annoyance with people and animals, I wouldn’t trust her to even bathe my dog. I’ve now seen complaints and others talking about this lady as well. Maybe start reevaluating who you let be the face of your business as she’s chasing money away. Just because she had a passion for animals in the past, doesn’t mean she has it now. If not…maybe get her into some classes to teach her how to deal with a customer asking...
Read moreAs a former happy Paw Prints Pet Salon patron we decided to try Miss Doolittles since it was fairly close to home. There isn't that welcoming atmosphere, nor even a listing of services and pricing on the wall. A handwritten note is on the counter noting a price increase effective 2/1/24 and if you have any questions to ask before services are rendered. There must have been another increase because with a 15% tip the total cost today for a nail trim was $21.85. My standing 5 week appointment used to be on a Saturday morning at 10am, they seemed to schedule 5 appointments at that time (imagine 5 dogs in a small waiting area at the same time) while staff was rolling in around 10:15am. It would be nice if there was a receptionist to greet you, take payments while services are being rendered, and schedule the next appointment. My fur baby especially did not want go into the back today with the young lady who on a previous occasion accused me of not trimming her nails often enough and that's the reason she cut 2 of her quicks. When I informed her that I've been visiting the establishment every 5 weeks for about a year she said, "well I guess that's not the issue then". Every time I visit Miss Doolittles I am disappointed, today was the final straw, I decided to seek...
Read moreTook my golden for the first time. Very upset with groomer. She was young and no personality. She broke over half my dogs nails. Tried showing her and she did not care or deny. Just very upset over the entire thing. My dog never liked her nails cut but was finally getting better and now she gets scared when I touch her feet. Over all bath was fine. Her coat was soft and clean. Hair cut average for a...
