The rooms here are top notch bc they are new....except the beds and pillows. Holy crap our backs were hurting after staying for 3 days. I normally love hotel beds but these are hard as a rock and the pillows were not fluffy. During our stay they never came to clean our room or take out our trash. I had to go to the front to get new towels. The pool is so odd....I feel like maybe they designed it backwards lol. It's under the building in the shade but not indoor. So it was freezing. And the patio is all uncovered in the sun. You would think they would have either made it indoor or put it out in the sun. But besides that the tile bordering around the pool when it gets wet is so slick. My toddler kept slipping everytime he would get out or try to walk around the edge. It's a hazard for sure. They should have used a different tile to go around it. If he had his crocs on that prevented him from slipping. The breakfast in the mornings was really good. Nice variety. The building is beautiful and very clean. And so was the room....before we didn't get maid service for 3 days. We couldn't figure out the actual address....the internet and Uber eats and the phone in the room all say diff addresses but luckily when we ordered food the front desk guy was very helpful getting our food to us when the Uber eats guy finally found the building. It is very loud outside on the patio bc its right next to the interstate but it's pretty close to several spots to eat or go grab something from dollar general or family dollar. Overall we picked this location bc it was new and we didn't have to worry about bedbugs or our toddler catching something bc he is a baby and puts things in his mouth randomly lol. And it lived up to that w cleanliness. But next time we will find a hotel with a better pool option. If you aren't worried about the pool and want a firm bed that is super clean then this...

Let me start by saying the only reason I haven’t checked out early is Leonor, a standout member of the cleaning staff who deserves far more recognition than she gets. She is the definition of professional—always on time, always courteous, and always greeting us with a smile. If every staff member worked like her, this would be a completely different experience.
Unfortunately, the rest of the cleaning team seems to have no understanding of hospitality whatsoever. They repeatedly fail to verify when they plan to clean our room, often leaving us guessing or being told one thing at the front desk, only for no one to show up. And worse—one staff member had the audacity to spread false rumors about our room being in poor condition, despite the fact that we’ve been more than willing and open to having it cleaned at any time.
It’s clear that Leonor takes pride in her work, and it’s a shame that the same can’t be said for the others. If management is reading this: you should be rewarding Leonor—not ignoring her efforts. She is singlehandedly keeping your standards afloat.
Until there’s a serious change in the way the rest of the staff is trained—or replaced—I can’t...
Read moreThis was a very clean hotel and the staff was very attentive. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Nice hot shower with enough towels, washcloths, and hand towels for the amount of people that could stay in the room! Loved that we had a full kitchen complete with a full sized refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, two burner cook top, and a dishwasher. The room was quite warm when we got there but we adjusted the a/c and it cooled down pretty quickly. Breakfast was good, nothing special but filled us up. It was the standard, eggs, sausage, waffles, toast, bagels, biscuits, cereal, milk juice, coffee. Easy access on and off the feeder road. Plenty of parking in front and back, but I don't know that there was specific parking for trailers, maybe in the back. There was an electric vehicle charging station also. Overall, I really liked this hotel and will stay here again when we are traveling...
