Tri-States Wood Inn — Hotel in Dickeyville

What a dump!!! In a state great disrepair! Electrical is jury-rigged and NOT up to code. No one available to check us in for over an hour, and wouldn't return phone calls to get checked in. TV was pathetically SLOW. Hot water was a joke and a prayer to get some. Would not have stayed here if it wasn't so late in the day on 9-16-24. I booked two night stay. I called to cancel the reservation days before the deadline was. Left message after message, cause all you can do is leave a message. Then on my bank statement, they took out $112.00 on Sep 21st. I called them left message after message to refund this money. It is now Oct 2nd and have not seen any refund. CROOOKS. My next move is to drive there...

Horrible employees and dirty .... don't uphold any reservation and most aren't legally able to live or work in thsi country ... r refused service dogs and confirmed reservations steal your money and don't give you prompt service nor refunds .... most of them time they're too busy stealing and partying to even...
