DO NOT BUY FROM ANY Mattress Firm. After calling the Dickinson Company and just getting platitudes I was able to speak to the Area Manager, Alex in Minot around 4:00 last evening. I told him that my Mom was not told it was clearance and could not be returned. She was told that if she didn't buy it now, it would be gone when she got back. High pressure. He said because the mattress protector and the pillows were sold that didn't fit he would refund that money, but before he did he wanted to check to see if there was anything else he could do. He would call me back before 5. I told him if not then call me in the morning. No call. After me calling a couple of times, I find out he is out of the office until next Tuesday. What? I get a call back from the area training manger at 6:05, Lindsey. She said that the refund has happened. I told her that it was not in her credit card account. She said they did what they needed to do, but it takes the area accountant time to process. It should be Monday. But it would be the money for the mattress less the 20% and not for the items sold "fraudulently", my word...didn't fit the mattress sold. What? She said she would see what she could do. She would call back in 10 minutes. 35 minutes later she said she went to bat for me and could do nothing. I asked to speak to next level. She said she is the highest level. They are not allowed to give out any other numbers. Jason Sellers is her boss, but no number. The whole thing stinks. So many platitudes but not making it right.

DO NOT GO to Mattress Firm if you want good customer service.

I would not recommend MatressFirm. My 80 year old Mom was taken. They sold her a mattress that could not be returned without a 20% restocking fee. Most mattress companies give several months to try it. They said she signed it but she does not remember them telling her. They never gave her any paperwork. Then they sold her a mattress cover that was outrageously expensive that could not be returned and it did not fit the mattress they sold her. Finally they sold her queen pillowcases for a full bed so the two did not fit her bed. They bed was too high for her to get up on and she ended up losing almost $1000 to have it taken back and the accessories do not work. Highly do not recommend.

Actually no money has been refunded to her credit card as of yet and the matress was picked up about 10 days ago. She was told $500 would be held back for restocking fee. Not sure what I am...

We have bought several beds from mattress firm , the people that have served us have always been very courteous and helpful, today July 31, 2022 we got treated very well, we wanted to buy a bed from our local store but pick it up in Phoenix, and we were able to do that, the reason I gave 4 stars is they have a sign in the store that says free adjustable base, so I am confused why I had to pay for a complete set to get a free adjustable base, I was thinking I could buy a mattress and get the base for free, because I wouldn't need the box spring, I was informed you get a regular base or box spring when you buy the set, and an adjustable one would be $300 more,my thoughts are word your signage to state that so there is no confusion, maybe state save $300 on an adjustable base when...

We were greeted as we entered the store, and we were immediately directed to the front of the store high-end beds, which in my opinion are overpriced and not at all comfortable. My wife and I debated over a couple of the beds, she liked the semi-soft and I was going for the slab of hardwood super extra firm bed. The one mattress that we were debating about was supposedly on sale for Black Friday at over $3,000 for the mattress alone.
