Today, I had a very negative experience at this location. We placed an order through the app and had to wait at least 35 minutes for it to be acknowledged. At one point, we informed one of the staff members, and she said she would take care of it, but more time went by and the order was still not processed. When we asked again, her response was that they would prioritize the orders of people who were physically present, even though we had ordered earlier through the app.
One of the items wasn’t even placed on the counter, and when it was finally handed to us, the ice had melted and the drink was watered down, which significantly affected its flavor. The rest of the order was the same drink, but each one was prepared differently and all of them tasted unpleasant.
Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time we’ve encountered issues at this location, especially with orders placed through the app. What’s most disappointing is that the people who were with us were on vacation visiting Dickinson, and they left with a very bad impression...

My daughter had her friend bring us some drinks on Wednesday. At first when l hesitated being a diabetic. I can't have sugar in anything. As an after thought I asked for a Americano plain. I have 0 sugar creamer at home. Believe me if you want a pick up, an Americano is the answer. So Thursday we went shopping at Family Fair grocery. I like they have a Starbucks in their store. So we coffeed up. I told the Batista I was a diabetic, but I wanted a Americano. I asked if she had no sugar creamer. Unfortunately she said no but she did have sugar free vanilla flavor and plain half and half. It was great. Thanks Starbucks!...
   Read moreThere aren't many Starbucks in North Dakota, so when I discovered this one in Dickinson, I went out of my way to visit. Unfortunately, my experience was less than great. The service was slow and I could tell the person that took my order wasn't quite sure what she was doing when the price for my quad-shot latte was about $1.50 less than what I usually pay.
The drink itself was wrong, (they missed the vanilla flavoring). But it took so long to get that I didn't see much point in reordering. It appeared that there were several people being trained at once, and the kiosk was quite busy. My suspicion is that this location probably gets an inordinate amount of traffic, being one of the only Starbucks in about 100...
