Very poorly managed and totally misrepresented. The manager, Zahita, gave us different excuses and answers about why the room was never cleaned or restocked. One day she said we need to talk to the maid. How were we supposed to know who the maid was, or where to find her? The next day she said the maids never showed up. The third day we were told to leave the stinking bags of accumulated garbage outside in the hallway. Then she told us that the hotel policy is to only clean the rooms once every 5 days because they are "extended stay." We weren't charged "extended stay" discounted prices, nor were we "extended stay." There is nothing posted anywhere about the room not being cleaned for 5 days, nor the fact that we are supposed to take out our own garbage. Where were we supposed to throw it out? There were food leftovers and it didn't smell good. The garbage cans outside of the building were overflowing with trash. Our dirty towels kept piling up and Zahita informed us if we needed clean towels, we had to request them from her, regardless of what time it was. She was the only one there, so were we to assume she works 24 hours? It was nice to have a tiny kitchen, but be warned, there are no supplies or utensils. If you want them, you pay extra! Only enough shampoo for 1 person, 1 day. If you wanted more, you had to find Zahita. Many empty water bottles and garbage under the beds from previous guests. No one cleans under the beds. The primary occupants at this place are construction and oil field workers. They get very rowdy in the early evening, and very loud. They leave extremely early in the morning, starting at 5 am, and are very loud then as well. The parking lot is all but filled up with huge pickup trucks, making it tricky to get in and out. I will be contacting the booking company about all the misrepresentation, over charging, and non-existent service. The only high point was the maintenance manager, Jeff Seda. Unlike Zahita, who is NOT a people person, he did what he could, even though he was extremely busy and wasn't responsible for taking care of all the complaints we had. We hope the Sant Management group appreciates him.

First time at a Red Roof in a while. I love that they don't charge for 1 pet. This may be our new franchise. I'm a little leery we may be sacrificing cleanliness for free pet fees, though. The front entrance was very outdated, and the luggage cart handle came undone while maneuvering into the hotel. Our room would suffice for the night. Bare minimal furniture that was beat up pretty badly and ripped up upholstery on the club chair. The walls needed major touch-up paint and furniture needed to be dusted. The entrance light switch was connected to the exhaust fan in the kitchenette, so you had to hear fan the entire time if you wanted light on. The appliances were clean. The mattress was on a boxed metal frame that if you kicked it by accident, it made a loud noise. No biggie. The matress was firm, and the pillows were horribly flat. Out tv didn't work, and the guy came right away to fix it. He also brought a blow dryer since there wasn't one on the wall. Cool maintenance guy! The bathroom was spacious and clean. They provide all in one shampoo conditioner. Didn't see any breakfast. I don't know if they offer. I love that they offer cords for your trucks. Be careful walking on the sidewalk because they're all over and you can trip. I saw 2 coming out of an open window that was plugged into trucks. For the price, it's good.

Stopped in Dickinson on the second night of my trip out to Bozeman. I was a late checkin but the gentleman that helped me was very friendly and helpful. The room was fantastic and vastly exceeded my expectations. The price was excellent, the bathroom was immaculate and spacious, all the fixtures worked. The bed and couch in the room were very comfortable. The room featured a full sized refrigerator and kitchenette. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and we had a pleasant conversation at checkout. If I am passing through again in the future, I will be staying here again.

I will start off first by saying Rocky and one of this younger female team members were FANTASTIC. I can’t remember her name but she worked the night shift. We’ve honestly never had customer service as great as that!

They to over and beyond to meet the needs of their customers. Also, the male room attendant is thoughtful, and courteous. Amazing job cleaning.

The rooms are huge, clean, beds are comfortable, huge fridge and large kitchen space as well as bathroom.

I have stayed here before— stayed a week this time and we will be staying again!

We were surprised to hear that Rocky wasn’t manager! 🤷‍♀️ He definitely should be. He has wonderful problem solving skills and was prompt to deal with any issues that came about from the laundry facilities to other guest needs. His efforts definitely need to be recognized as well as the younger female who works nights.

I will say there’s one drawback but I don’t want to dock stars because it’s only one employee that I had an issue with. Her name is Jenny.

My boyfriend is severely allergic to bees and was stung when we were packing up to check out. I let her know we were planning to pay when he was done at the hospital…

While we were gone she checked us out of our room and then charged me a $200 cash deposit to re-reserve lol lol room again. When we came to get the $200 back before leaving she refused by saying that there was nothing in the drawer and got extremely snobby.

Anytime I approached the desk while she was there I was greeted with “… What?” Her customer service is terrible. And her attitude is even worse. She wasn’t any nicer to Paul.

So. I guess if the money is ever found we would like $100 to go to Rocky and $100 to go to the other younger female as tips. But I wouldn’t be surprised if Jenny pocketed it.

When we tried to get it back she automatically called the manager to have him come down. We will survive without it. It’s just money. But it speaks AMOUNTS to her character and I will surprised if she’s still there when we come back...

is negative stars a thing? Cause i feel like it should be! AWFUL experience! So yes i am well aware the hotel has a no refund policy on the booking i had. HOWEVER i was told by front desk i could get a refund if i made it out before check out. And i did. When i arrived an checked in the 1st room key i was given already HAD A GUEST IN IT, i apologized went back to front desk and they gave me a different room but that was awkward af and i was super worried it would happen to my room next. the room had a cute kitchenette yet no dishes, dish soap, forks/spoons, pots, pans, silverware, etc. (yes i did ask at front desk) the bathroom light/fan made an loud buzzing noise all night even when it was off, (i told them at front desk but did not complain) I Booked the room threw Expedia for 4 nights, had to leave early for medical reasons- I ASKED THE MAN AT FRONT DESK IF I checked out before check out time could i get a refund on the 3 UN USED nights, he said YES ON the 3 USED NIGHTS ONLY, i said thank you called Expedia then i hurried an left so that made it out in time but DID NOT RECIEVE REFUND!!! I called an was told that i was going to get a refund but they replied to 2 emailed requests Expedia: "Unfortunately, I just called the Red Roof Inn & Suites Dickinson to make the case for your refund. The gentleman at the front desk was not authorized to say "yes" to a refund. and although the room was cleaned and re-rented it doesn't allow for a refund with out the hotel allowing it." "We wanted to follow up after our last conversation, where you asked us to cancel your booking and reach out to your property to see if a refund was possible. Unfortunately though, I just called the Red Roof Inn & Suites Dickinson to make the case for your refund. I pushed for flexibility, but since your booking was non-refundable and doesn’t allow any exceptions, they’re sticking with their policy and won’t issue a refund." So they changed the story from wasn't authorized to...
