Subway — Restaurant in Dickinson

I asked for brown mustard and there was a jar that said brown mustard and another that said Spicy Mustard!! I don’t care for anything spicy, spicy but when I got home a black olive feel out so I popped it into my mouth and felt as if I’d eaten a jalapeño pepper!!!! There’s no way to wipe this off of the sandwich so I guess that I wasted my money today because there’s no way I can eat this!!! I’ve been going to the Subway in Walmart for years and always asked for brown mustard and always got what I ordered!!!! I called the store to tell them that I thought that they’re bottles were missed labeled because I didn’t ask for spicy mustard but it taste like that’s what I got!! I was not offered a replacement sandwich and was continuously asked what I wanted them to do because they didn’t make a mistake!!! What happened to the customer is always right!!! SHAME ON YOU...

both employees were in the back, doing dishes when I arrived. why subway franchisees never hire enough staff is beyond me. the second most prolific sadwhich shop in the country but we can't be bothered to staff it well enough in a busy Walmart....

woman was nice enough. she seemed tired but polite

she gave me a good amount of spinach which I appreciated. bread was so dry I choked on the flakes. why subway can't get the moisture content in their bread correct is beyond me. I've made bread for a few years now and I know it takes effort to make your bread be dry

there are weird barriers that look odd bordering the edge of the store where it meets the Walmart. seems an odd choice considering it was built open

drinks area seemed unclean. if your employees don't have time to greet customers, they don't have time to clean your area.
