Tri-City Motel — Hotel in Downey

This place is too expensive for what they offer $85 a night. Not a place for children or family. It's filthy there are roaches and what appears to be mold near the shower and floor tile. The mattress looked worst than the mattresses you see in the streets. This is in reference to room 2. The TV is a box and the clarity is terrible.
