If they had a zero stars I would leave it. Worst customer service I have ever received. So, I walk in to do a Fed Ex Return right now and the girl behind the counter doesn't say hello, can I help you, NOTHING. So I sit there and I wait. She finally comes back around after passing by me 3 times with NO ONE in the store, and says "Are you returning?" (In my head) ...... I am standing here with two boxes in my hand with a fake smile on my face waiting for you while you were doing NOTHING important. I say" Yes." She flips the boxes on all sides and says I need a return label. I say NO I DONT it says right here on my phone that I do NOT . All I have to do is bring the boxes in and have you guys scan the QR code. She was about to argue with me when ANOTHER rude girl walks up and says to the first girl, she has to log into something first then it will print the label. So only 1 label prints. I have two boxes that came together. So they proceed to tell me I need to go buy or find another box that the other 2 boxes can fit in. I am like really????? I say" well, why cant you guys just TAPE the boxes together? they are small and lightweight." She says there is NOTHING we can do. I say " I have some duct tape in the back of my car. LET ME go get it which I am SURE you have some right behind your counter as this IS A FRIGGN FED EX handling facility!!" BUT LET ME...... I came back in, taped the boxes together and left. BOTH of those girls need a training in customer service. I hope I don't ever have to go back there. I would rather drive 10 miles away than to go back to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe people that works the pharmacy are nice but unless you're the first person there. It takes forever to get your meds filled, to pick them up, and even to have them delivered. I was testing this one out because I moved but I'd rather go all the way back to Norwalk. I saw someone say they have back spasm medication which I sometimes also need and waiting 2 weeks for something not as serious is already way too long. Even the person delivering my medication had been waiting awhile. At this point it's been 5 hours that I've been trying to get my medication in person and through uber.
Edit 2.. Even though I had it canceled someone else picked it up. It was marked as being filled i waited for 1 box..so where is that refill both drivers waited for? I'm so done with this place.
Edit.. this prescription was supposedly done 2 days ago. For some reason someone decided to add the second part of that order or actually start filling it an hour before it was supposed to be picked up and still had 20 minutes to go once the drive made it to the front of the line. I actually needed this last Friday per doctors orders. I'm glad it's not something I needed and die without. I'm going to have to waste my time for the third day in a row trying...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went this afternoon 08.29.24 to this pharmacy for Covid vaccine. The staff was impressive. There was a long line, obviously because the covid vaccine just came in a few days. Of course, there is the appointment process but still, many were waiting. I was first entertained by Maritza (I asked for their names, after the fact). She was very patient, smiling and efficient. Then I was passed on to Daisy who took my info. Meanwhile the pharmacist herself, Luwanda, got involved to clarify some questions. What impressed me was their teamwork. And their patience, all 3 multitasking. While Daisy was working on my papers I asked her to work on my wife's who was coming in at 7:10 after work. I didn't want her to wait long with her info or paper work being processed. I knew she would be tired. Daisy willingly obliged and Maritza or Luwanda assisting. When finally, it was time for my shot Luwanda did it - no pain. And engaged in slight conversation. I asked her about possible reaction because we were traveling in a few days. She courteously asked about the countries, because she was not familiar. In other words, she was being a friend, maintaining her professionalism. Great experience, today. Luwanda, Maritza, Daisy...
