El Pollo Loco — Restaurant in Downey

I'm not sure which store this is for as I first went to Long Beach Blvd and Imperial. It's located in a very crowded strip shopping center. Place is creepy. My wife and I went in and they claimed they had no chicken ready. Hu! Grill was full of chicken. It would be an hour. Place had several people trying to order so we left. We drove to store on Lakewood and Rosecrans. Not much better but we were able to get some food. The beans, cold slaw , salad was OK. The Salsa , I'm still wandering who made it. Nothing like in other locations. The chicken was DRY, over cooked in some pieces and almost undercooked in others. I was si hungry I still ate it. That's the problem when you go eat when you're starved, you will eat thing you later regret or feel you shouldn't have. Well, I will not be going back to Pollo Loco at these locations again. I normally try to avoid going to this location, because every single time I go they're either out of something at 12pm, the food is cold, the customer service is awful or the biggest one they always freaking forget items that I paid for. Today I decided to go because it's been a while I'm sure the employees are different. Literally all of the above happened, except I waited 20 minutes being the second in line. The window attendant practically flung my food into my car window didn't ask if I needed any salsa, but she sure didn't treat the front car that took 20 minutes. I get you're trying to speed things up to go through the line of cars but doesn't mean you can be rude because the previous customers pissed you off. Never going back to...

If i would to give zero stars I would! Messed up my order twice i ordered the double chicken tostada Salad and when I received the last one it didn't have no avocado nor Pico de gallo if I wanted it plain I would of ordered it plain I didn't want sour cream or cheese I'm lactose intolerance so I returned it til they got it right by the time they gave me without the cheese and sour cream they didn't put avocado or Pico de gallo. By the time I got home I noticed they just tried to take out the sour cream and cover it with lettuce but they left sour cream.. what a waist of MY MONEY now I can't even enjoy my meal. Poor customer service I think this is by far the WORST pollo loco...
