The customer service here was great, everyone I encountered was always friendly and welcoming. The property is also well kept. One issue though was the front desk was never staffed. EVERY single time, from the night I arrived, to the day I checked out, the front desk was empty every time I passed and we had to ring the bell to get someone to the desk. I would’ve stayed my entire 63 nights if the hotel was more conducive to extended stays. I was here for work and the fact that the rooms did not have a stove or even a small stovetop as well as a full fridge, was less than ideal. I did not feel comfortable eating takeout for 63 days, so I switched to the Marriott which had a 2 burner stovetop and full fridge. The breakfast was the only bright side to the food issue, which was usually pretty good with a decent amount of options. Another factor in my early departure was having only 1 washer and dryer to service the entire hotel, which was very inconvenient. I would always have to wait to do laundry because either the machine was in use or someone left their clothes in it.||||As for my room, I had 1 of the suites and was pretty satisfied with it except for the fact that the blinds in both the living room and bedroom did not work. I pointed it out to a front desk staff and he said, “they’ve always had an issue with the blinds in that room”. Why has it not been fixed if it’s not a new problem? I wanted to be able to enjoy some sunlight on my days off while relaxing in my room. The room service was good on days it was provided and the 3 set days offered were more than sufficient. However, EVERY single week of the 3 weeks I was there, my room was not cleaned 1 of the 3 days it was supposed to be(the do not disturb sign was NOT on the door). Twice on a Monday, which isn’t so bad because the next cleaning day is Wednesday, but the other was a Friday which meant no service from the last clean on Wednesday until Monday. ||||Paying $284 per night, $20,000+ in total needed to come with...
Read moreThis hotel looks fairly new. Upon arrival we weren't sure where to go. With construction of the entrance, you have to drive to the backside and enter thru there to check in. It smells good as you enter. Staff was friendly and smiling. The room was clean, and beds were comfortable. It was nice and cold in there. Not stuffy. The restroom was spacious but when u turn the light on, the fan turns on as well. That I didn't like, because it's loud so if my husband uses the restroom in the early morning while I'm sleeping, I woke up to the vent. Also when trying to watch TV, if the light and fan to the restroom are on, you can't hear and have to raise the volume. What I do like about the restroom is the complimentary mouthwash along with the shampoo and conditioner. Also a make up wipe. That was helpful. I forgot mine. And one more thing that sealed the deal......the hairdryer has a diffuser attachment. How cool is that??? Anyway all in all I really enjoyed our stay and noticed the difference from staying in other chains. We will definitely return to this Hampton inn. O breakfast...
Read moreWe stayed the weekend of august 17-18 and the hotel is still under major construction, also we didnt like the fact that there is very little parking and at night there is no lit signs for the hotel so if checking in at night or coming back to the hotel if your not paying attention you will miss the entrance to the hotel, we stayed in room 201 and the a/c unit for our room was leaking and must have been leaking for a long time cause the floor was soaked and we where worried that eventually water would start leaking to the first floor or eventually there would be mold underneath carpet and due to the construction i was a worried to drive on parking lot cause we noticed lots of nails and screws scattered all over parking lot like nobody bothered picking them up but overall minus the leak in the room it was spacious, bed was comfortable enjoyed the walk in shower and hotel lobby looked nice plus i enjoyed...
