Pulled into the truck lot @ 21:00 on 12/22/22. Not sure if it's always like this, Or just because it's 3 days before Christmas but I guess this Pilot dealer is more focused on the 2 charter bus loads of people instead of THE TRUCKERS GIVING BUSINESS TO A TRUCK STOP! Line for the ladies restroom was literally 20 women deep past the door & into the hallway. Food after a 14 hour drive? Nope. It was there. No fajitas like the reviews claimed. All fried 2 piece chicken, potatoe wedges, etc, but fresh. The girl was adding to the few things remaining under the heat lamps as I was looking & the grease was still glistening on the chicken, So you know it JUST came out of the fryer. . ...The problem is the line to pay was even longer than the ladies restroom line. Thank God I had a frozen Lean Cusine in the freezer of my sleeper cab, As well as an emergency gallon bottle & a brand new fullen to P into (Hey, Im a chick, I can't just water a trailer tire like you guys can!!) I hadn't used the restroom since Waco, No way could I wait in that line on a good day, But anotherbus pulled up as I was standing there!! I actually empathize with those people headed to see their family in Mexico & forced to ride a charter bus, But Truckers are truck stops bread & butter all year round, Where's a professional drivers desk, We're the ones who keep Truck Stops in business! Regardless... Do yourself a favor & hit up a Walmart, HIB, Winco food, Hell...go to a Piggy Wiggly, Anywhere to make sure that you have something to eat after your shift because your not getting it here without spending at least an hour to an hour & a half in line for very...

this is not a big city pilot.and also a border area,too. parking enough for trucks.showers are too small. shower is good for a skinny person.unfortunately,if you r double in size then good luck to you because you cannot turn around easily. this is the worst part here.customer service is excellent always helpful. very interesting thing about food here is that believe me the items like shrimps and taryaki and several others i have never seen on any other pilot or flying j.store is full of variety and very busy.all those regular traffic coming from mexico,for them this is their favorite stop.keeping in view the volume of passengers and truckers there, washrooms are not enough.only 3urinal and 3toilets so keep in mind the waiting time. because of excessive use it gets dirty quite fast and untill no one informs them ,they don't pay attention to clean it.overall this area is conjusted.unfortunately,no one takes pain to inform them. I was accused of stealing by a Spanish older lady . I understand the miscommunication and how it would have looked like I was. However, when I explained to the lady that I was paying for the product just like I paid for the other items already (this was a product that I forgot to grab for my parents), she ignored me and went and started telling workers of the situation. I was very confused and embarrassed because I had already explained to her my intention. This is very disappointing because I stop at this border line store to purchase items for my family and I, and never once have I stolen. This is truly upsetting. Thank you to the additional worker who offered me a basket and apologized for her behavior. I paid for the item and came back on the bus feeling humiliated and upset about how the situation was handled. I hope others receive better treatment than the one I received today.
