We used this service for our wedding on October 20, 2018 and I would not recommend them to anyone after what happened the day of. At first, I was happy with their communication and flexibility to work with what we needed in terms of car service and keeping the budget from breaking the bank. Then the second half of the payment was charged to my credit card without anyone saying that it was due or was going to be charged. Every other vendor we had gave fair warning when payment was due or was about to be charged. They did not. The day of the wedding, the shuttle that took my husband and the groomsmen left on time. A second shuttle, that was supposed to be for me and my girls, took only four people; a groomsman, a cousins dn the flower girls. I was told the third shuttle was waiting for me and the bridesmaids. We got to the hotel lobby and there was no shuttle at all. The shuttle had left us. I was fuming mad. One bridesmaid was calling my husband, another was talking to the hotel manager and I was texting the mother of the flower girls. She said she was still on shuttle two and was trying to get them to turn around. The hotel manager angrily called them and the third shuttle showed up about twenty minutes later. Supposedly we were “five minutes late” so they left. I was the first person on the shuttle carrying my dress. We all got on and the driver asked “Is the Bride here?” I was sitting right behind him. The whole drive we were quiet and he was on the phone with his boss complaining about the fact we were “late” and “I don’t know”. To me, you don’t talk about your clients when they are literally RIGHT THERE. Leaving at the end of the reception, we were scheduled ONE bus, which was all we needed. BUT after only a few groomsmen got on the shuttle with everyone else still at the door the shuttle driver sat down and asked “Ok are we ready to go?” My father in law had to keep him from leaving as did our bridal attendant of the venue. Because of this all, I ended up about 45 minutes late to the venue and had to rush through photos and skip some all together just to stay on schedule. Never again...

DO NOT USE if you have an important event to get to and need a reliable and on-time company. I would give this company zero stars if I could. I booked a 24 passenger van for transportation to the starting line of the NYC Marathon for this past Sunday. Pick up time was 5:45am. I confirmed on Saturday and was assured it was confirmed and the driver would be there. At 5:45 on Sunday morning, I had 24 people waiting and the van was not there. At 5:50, I called to find out the status and was told the van would be there in 4 minutes. 10 minutes later, no van and I called back and was told they were trying to get in touch with the driver. Another 5 minutes went by and they stopped answering my calls and kept sending me to voicemail. I had someone else call and they picked up. The excuse we were given was that the driver overslept. The company tried to blame it on the time change but we got an extra hour on Saturday night, so it's not an excuse. We finally pleaded with the company to be transparent with us about where the bus was and they finally said that we should just order ubers because they weren't sure how long the driver would be. At this point, we were now almost 30 minutes later than our scheduled departure time and I had to scramble to order ubers for 24 people who needed to get to the marathon start. The worst part about the whole thing is that it took us calling a bunch of times to get any answers. They never even informed us of the issue. Additionally, I have not heard from them since then with an apology and a refund. I have tried calling and just keep getting a voicemail. I paid over $700 for this. I will NEVER EVER use this company again and you should not either. Terrible customer service...

SCAMMERS. I booked AAA Giants to provide me a shuttle bus service on my wedding day. The total cost was $1200. I was told I needed to put an $800 deposit to hold the date. Within 2 months the company charged my credit card bill 4 times with charges totaling over $3,500 my total bill sho be. After calling them many times thinking it was some sort of mistake.. they gave my the run around.. couldn’t explain how all the charges (none of which equalling the amount they said they were going to take) mistakenly got on my card. They then said they reimbursed my card but that was a lie. They never did. After I tried calling them more to get to the bottom of the issue they stopped answering my calls and were avoiding me altogether. I have reported the charges and canceled all services. As a bride who was relying on this service it’s Completely disgusting. Do not trust...
