Burger King — Restaurant in Rutherford

I wish I could give zero star with this Burger King place. The old female employee who takes orders on Saturdays is always rude. Never had a good experience with her. She always treats all customers very cold. Today I couldn't bear their rudeness and worst service any more. I ordered for pickup at 8:14 am thru Burger King app and the app says the oder would be ready 8:28am. I walked in 8:32am, the order wasn't ready. I wouldn't even start this if they have started working on my order. When I walked in, there was zero customer and zero order they were working on. That front old female was inside the kitchen (or course she didn't notice when I walked in) and actually just looking at other male employee working on something by the fryer. So I had to call 3 times to get her attention. When I told her I was there for pickup, she approached the order ticket dispenser and called the other lady who was at the sink to start my order. I asked again if my order is not ready and the old female server was coldely saying (literally yelling) that the order just came in so they are working on it now. Wow. I was the bad one, right? So when I saw the other male server was out from the kitchen, I asked again why the order wasn't started even though I placed an order like 15 min ago, so that guy said if you don't wannna wait, cancel the order!!!! So fed up with their rudeness, zero respect. Now never ever going back...

Strawberry sprite fiery I trying today and I send to garbage . Who is idea give people that garbage drink. I live my drink ( new fanta) and a little fry and hamburger on table because I have go to my car for pen when I back .y drink and food burger person sent to garbage. I going to counter ask where is my drink and food. Nobody now. Burger person no food or drink for me because cleaning person speaking (Español)to supervisor he send my to garbage. Menager check camera and seing food is finished. I telling I want only drink. I waiting 25 minutes nobody wa t speaking with me. Supervisor telling me manager seeing nothing for me me. Asking me show recipe . I seeing is gone to garbage. Manager doesn't come to me speak . If you don't have recipe you get nothing. After 20 minutes I telling to supervisor I want drink only not food. She give me cap. She looking at me very aggressive like angry dog. Today in burger King air conditioner not workings only fan was very hot in side. One more thing every customer you have 15 minutes to eat in side after 15 minutes cleaning person coming and take you food to garbage. Good Manager suppose give me new drink and everyone will be happy. I spent more den 1h then she give me my drink. Professional manager supervisor I will be fired both automatically next day.

Rt 17 east ...

Every time I decide to go here I have a feeling of trepidation. The place is always clean. Usually there's not a long wait. The staff is generally good to deal with but the temperature of the food is always a crapshoot. After paying $7 or $8 for a TEPID Burger, the meal is ruined. Take a look at the photos of the Bacon garlic king, 1st of all that meat doesn't look like it's grilled, it looks POACHED & the cheese is not melted #TEPID as well as the poor pathetic undercooked bacon. the fries were room temperature at best and the onion Rings were as hard as sheet rock. I usually have no problem with breakfast. My double sausage biscuit was great as well as the hash Browns. Yesterday I got the 2 for $5. The Fish sandwich as well as a big big king were perfect and piping hot. One time I went there and asked for Mozz sticks. I specifically said if they're not fresh I don't mind waiting for new ones to come out. When I got my Mozzarella sticks they were hard and cold. I guess the big question you would be asking me is why do I even go back to this place? Well, I pass the area a lot, especially when I'm in a hurry. And they have KILLER COUPONS that come in the mail as well as the app. Inconsistent quality and temperature have me giving this place a thumbs down 50% of the time. Worst BK...
