the employees have to be trained how to make fresh coffee. I ordered a medium size pike yesterday and the lady at the register was trying to give me the old coffee at the bottom of the pot and I asked her if she can make fresh coffee. she said ok and i told her that i have time and I'll wait until the fresh coffee completely brewed because otherwise the taste gets more stronger. as soon as the coffee maker started brewing the coffee , she was trying the fill up the cup and I stopped her and said, i told you i have time no rush , i'll wait until it's done. she said ok have a seat and I'll call you when it's ready. I was seating on the chair for about 2 minutes and she called my name and i walked to the register. she asked me if i want half and half or milk I said I'll get half and half and she put the half and half into the coffee cup. no one asked her to put my half and half in the cup. and later I figured she still gave me the old coffee not...
Read moreThe supervisors is horrible at this location. I went to use the family bathroom prior so ordering my drink with my sister and she proceeded to knock several times without saying anything. When I asked her to stop she proceeded to say she was going to kick me out and not allow me to order. She didn’t explain why when I said there was no sign about allowing two people in at a time she began mocking me. She walked me out of the Starbucks and said I was no longer welcome at this location when I have been going to this location without any issues for years. Horrible customer service skills. I have never felt to mistreated and disrespected by a Starbucks employee. She embarrassed me in front of the entire store. When I called the store to speak to her privately she hung up on my face. I have contacted corporate but I just wanted to share my dissatisfaction with the supervisor working on April 1,...

I placed a simple order, and not only was it wrong, but the way it was handled was disappointing. “Kim,” who handed me the drink, wasn’t just unfriendly—she was outright rude. No eye contact, no apology, just a dismissive attitude that made it feel like I was inconveniencing her by being there.
This isn’t the first time I’ve seen Kim interact with customers like they’re a burden. I get that everyone has off days, but when it becomes the norm, it reflects poorly on the whole store.
Starbucks is known for consistency and a friendly vibe, and this location misses the mark. Here’s hoping management takes a closer look at the customer experience—because it’s definitely...
