Aqua Inn Motel — Hotel in El Monte

Mike the so called manager is a racist and picks and chooses what he thinks in is own mind head set what is called breakng any rules here. Mike the manager is the only person here that doesn't follow the rules that apply to everyone including the manager he has zero 0 " business ethics for the interest of this motel and the motel owner.period let me get that straight right now as for being a honest employee he has none he not even honest with himself. Once u have a conversation with this guy Mike in regards of him managing this motel and his own guests experience anyone that is a mature adult will gain the knowledge of who Mike the manager is all about . Between 1-10 with 10 being excellent as for customer service engaging with Mike "THE MOTEL MANAGER" he deserves a "10"on being the most excellent laziest, in caring for his guests and caring for the motel establishment . Unmature Mike is he doesn't even think of his future if this place goes out of business on the count of him managing it . That's how stupid this guy...

I want to give a zero if I could. While I was traveling around, the staff called me all of the sudden and interfered with my traveling schedule. Also, he forced me to arrive before 6 although the check in time was written as 9 in the website. And when I first opened the door, the smell was sooo crazy. There were lots of terrible words and drawings written on the mirror. The bath tub was also horrifying. There were some blue chemicals in the tub and it smelled awful. The bed was also not comforting. This room and motel was soooooo awful that even when I came out of the room, the outside air smelled so fresh and sweet. NEVER, NEVER visit this hotel. I thoght I would get cancer if I stay here more...

Compared to other hotels in this area. The Aqua Inn Motel is a pretty decent place to rent a room for a few days or so. Free WIFI and cable, close to stores and restaurants. Not to mention Starbucks is just down the street. Who doesn't need their coffee in the morning! Everything is walking distance you don't have to go far. It's a quiet place for the most part. Once in a while you can hear the train going by. But none the less it's a great place to stay whether you're traveling with...
