I would give this place 5 stars if it wasn’t for one of the employees working there. The young man that took our order was awesome and had excellent costumer service, however, the older lady working with him tonight really irritated the s* out of me. We had a large order and the young man that took our order was doing everything he could to get our order out quick, when all of a sudden she makes a comment to him about a banana peel he had left on the cutting board, keep in mind he was still working on our order and no one else was there. She starts cleaning the other counters and getting rid of the aguas frescas they had out and it wasn’t even close to closing time, I guess since we were the only ones there. Once we the young man was checking out the order, she grabs her cell phone and takes a picture of the banana peel that was still in the counter, not even 6 minutes had gone by since she made the comment to the young man about it and now she was taking pictures of the peel!? Come on. We did seem him go back to pick it up after he was done charging us, but that lady just really got to me. She needs learn how to work with other people and have a good communication with them, most importantly, she needs to learn how to have patience and needs training on priorities, costumers should always come first rather than a banana peel.... I hope she’s not the manager... Again, the young man had amazing...
Read moreI use to come here all the time. It's not the same anymore. Employees went from being super nice and passionate to serve customers to upset and "hurry up I just want to go home" type of vibe. I have seen few customers that don't speak spanish very upset with not being able to communicate with the employees, you can't lie about that. Quality of food isn't the same anymore and it's hard to dine in when employees are judging customers after they walk out, with the ac not working, and SERVICE DOGS are not welcomed at all here.... They will give you attitude during your whole visit before informing you why they are mad then go on to say the owner of the place will punish them for allowing a dog inside even if it is a service dog. Management needs some work and trust to build with staff...
Read moreVery unprofessional. Employees constantly roll their eyes to customers. The ac is not working anymore so their fruit/veggies get brown and dissatisfying. Last time i asked for a sandwich I asked for everything that is added to the sandwich and they mentioned everything but avocado which I am allergic to... It has gotten very dim inside and the some of the lights are flickering in need for a change. I speak spanish but there is a huge language barrier with non-spanish speakers. The employees prepare what they think they understood and soon have the customer returning their food full of complaints. Food can be good but there has been too many problems to...
