What started out as a good experience has quickly turned into something entirely different. I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights recently while in town for business. That turned into needing to extend my stay by another 2 nights. When I spoke to them at the front desk they told me that it would be cheaper if I booked online so that’s what I did and things went off without any problem. Unfortunately, I needed to again extend my stay by another night so booked again online and then called the front desk to let them know that I needed to extend my stay and that I booked online (obviously because I was told to do that previously). The front desk girl apparently missed the part that I had already booked online but had new keys ready for me when I got to the desk so I was unaware that she just extended my stay and I still had reservations for that night in the system. At 2:30am my cellphone rang while I was sleeping soundly. It was the front desk wondering when I would be checking in. At that point I had already been in the hotel for 5 nights in the same rooms! I was of course, up the rest of the night. The next morning, I told them that I wanted a refund for the 1 night for the 1 room and was told someone would call me back. No one did, I actually ended up calling them and was pretty much accused of lying and told that I didn’t tell her I booked online and that the night auditor was doing me a favor by calling so I didn’t get double charged. BUT I did get double charged and had an extra set of pending charges in my bank account from the hotel. When I brought this up, I was told that there were not any other charges and that they did not charge me and that I needed to call my bank. These charges didn’t magically appear. Someone in that hotel charged my card. The gal that I spoke to was extremely rude and continued to speak over me and make me out to be the bad guy instead of just taking ownership of the issues. She told me that she would ask the front desk girl again and would call me the following day and hung up on me. To her credit, she did call back and proceeded to tell me that she talked to the front desk girl and she was sticking to her story and that she has never lied to her in the past, obviously inferring that I was the one lying. I again brought up the extra pending charges and was again told that they would NEVER charge my card and then refund it and that I needed to call my bank to have them explain it to me. My bank did NOT randomly charge me on their behalf! Personally, I hate this and it is very poor customer service/ guest relations. I have to be in the area monthly and would be booking 2 rooms for a minimum of 5 nights each time and fully intended to go back to this hotel until I had the misfortune of dealing with this woman in charge at...

Stayed here for two nights for the museum, and it was terrible. I have been in worse but this is on the bad side. To start the wash room was maybe wiped, the shower had hair in it that was not mine there was fruit sloops under the vanity, and around the toilet was yellow and even urine stained on the wall. We went out for dinner and asked for it to be cleaned they were disgusted at the photos of the washroom but said the custodian was done for the night. And said that it could be done tomorrow, we agreed and had fun that night. When we got back we started to get ready for bed the beds were comfortable and peat free, although i was forced the pull out i sill slept the mattress was thin on the pull out but i had skeptic on worse we had to go down to the front desk for sheets and still had to wait for them. I still used my personal blanket and slept well. The next day we went to check out the gym and the sights were bot great, there was a treadmill, bike, and lifting weights but all were uncleaned. And the breakfast was also not great the breads were stale and the bacon and eggs were something to gage over, and one of the waffle machines wasn't working and the working one seemed to have not been cleaned ever. That day the room was "cleaned" the staff were friendly and offered to clean the entire room but we ask for the time to be invested strictly to the bathroom when we got back the pull out was made with my personal blankets they must have been thrown on the ground because there was dirt and crumbs in the bed it made in very uncomfortable to sleep in. To top it all of the bathroom was barely cleaned and the stains, hair, and fruit loops were...

Overall, this hotel reminded me of many Motel6 visits around the country. The basics you'd expect were fine--smooth check-in process, typical room size, bed was comfortable enough, and so on. The place did seem a little aged with a few odd construction details (such as door trim being cut out to fit around the light switch).

Our biggest complaint--and it's a big one--was that our room wasn't properly cleaned. The bathroom in particular needed a LOT more attention from the cleaning staff. The tub appeared to have been wiped out, but there were a few mystery liquids on the floor around the toilet, plus hairs scattered around the floor, etc. It was very off-putting, especially for my wife. Unfortunately, we had arrived and checked in quite late (after midnight), so we just dealt with it rather than try switching to another room.

Our next largest complaint was the noise. Despite being miles from the airport (it was further away than I realized when I booked the room) the constant sound of jet engines came through the outer wall and window loud and clear. The other walls of our room also seemed to be thin, as we could easily hear other room doors opening and closing, people walking past, etc. If you're a light sleeper, this may be a serious drawback.

On the plus side, the breakfast was fantastic. More than the usual muffins and cold cereal, there was also bacon, small egg omelettes, and biscuits and gravy. I'm not saying it was 5-star dining, but for a room in this price range we felt it was definitely better than expected.

This was our first hotel stay near the CVG airport. Would we stay here again?...

This place was in the perfect location for Ark Encounter and Creation Museum and had a good breakfast! Those are the pros. Cons: it is very dirty. Cleanliness is not the top priority of this hotel at all. Stained carpet, spider webs in every corner, pool was clearly almost never cleaned and had piles of sediment at the bottom. One of the dirtiest hotel pools I’ve ever seen. There were random stains on the walls of the room and the elevator was dirty and everything was scuffed up. The first day we got there the AC didn’t work at all in the room and we were told maintenance wouldn’t be there till the morning. They did come because we went to the desk multiple times but they ghosted us on the messages we had sent prior using their system they give at checkout to text with any issues with the room. We never got a response back until we went down to talk to them. Overall I would definitely not recommend to anyone or stay here again. Especially since the cleaning issues were easy fixes and seems to be an ongoing issues reading through others reviews. Photos attached were all taken in 10 minutes not even trying hard to look for the filth but I wish I had taken photos of the pool 🤢

I was in the area for medical situation and did not have the time for moving to new hotel. I also wanted to offer the management a chance to correct issue. My room had so many revolting issues. The furniture had chunky pieces of debris on them and horrible large stains. The sliding doors did not appear to have been cleaned in a substantial period of time with full hand and palm prints from the top to bottom to the degree it distorted the view outside. The cleaning appeared to only be focused on counter surfaces. I was so uncomfortable. I could not sit on cloth furniture. I had to clean the loveseat to be comfortable enough to sit down. I tried to engage front desk staff on first night and asked for a complete reset of the room and pointed out the issues that were egregious. The request was not completed. I was not contacted. I attempted to request a refund of the cost of my stay by talking again to staff at the desk (she was super kind) and asked for a response from the manager/owner. I was told I could expect a response. I provided photographs of two of the issues. NO RESPONSE FROM OWNER. NO ATTEMPT TO CORRECT ISSUE.

The Positives: *Excellent customer service no matter who was on the front desk (morning or night). *Breakfast was decent on the two days meat was served. *Very accommodating when it came to providing additional towels, shower caps etc. Ladies this location provides make-up wipes. The Negatives: * The rooms are small with oversized furniture (we could barely walk around). * The lavatory is small and the sink and mirror was filthy. *The room was full of dust and the carpet is worn with visible holes. Overall: What sets this hotel apart is the excellent customer service. I would have rated lower if it were not for the positive attitudes of majority of the staff. The rooms were not clean. My husband and I had to disinfect for at least an hour before it was bought up to code. In addition, majority of the restaurants nearby have experienced pandemic shutdowns. A Waffle House is located next door if you're feeling that type of environment. The balconies are a nice touch. However, there is nothing to look at unless you want to look at the parking lot.
