Been eating here forever and love me some Janet and Shellie but the supervisor Andrew and the little young girl cooking Desirae should be ashamed and not serve anyone. So today which is Memorial Day with many service men in there the young girl yelled so loud at Shellie and elderly woman she scared my five year old granddaughter and some customers that were standing walked out. I have two grown children and I would be having their funeral if they disrespected any adult period. The supervisor Andrew laughed with her instead of shutting that down or even reprimanding her. HE DOD ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!! Needless to say we won’t be going back to that one at all after all the time we been going there. This young girl Desirae not even as old as my daughter belittled this woman in front of all the customers it was so distasteful. Everyone deserves respect if ones who make a mistake and the same young girl make a mistake on my food smh yet she yelled at this one and belittled her and again Andrew should not supervise anyone ever. He thought it was funny and too busy entertaining Desirae. If this kind of thing represent the Waffle House brand then everyone need to go somewhere else. Read moreThe Erlanger Waffle House tonight was extremely understaffed. Lee and her two co-workers were getting absolutely destroyed with the late night drunk bar rush. They actually got to the point where they had to suspend to go orders temporarily. That's when I arrived and they welcomed me to dine in. So I did. These people absolutely busted their tails while I was there. In the half an hour or 45 minutes time, I watch them wait on a full house of dine in customers and tackle multiple to go orders, each one seemed to have 10 items in it. How they were able to accomplish this is beyond me. The worst part was listening to the horrible people basically cussing them out because they had to wait a few minutes to place a to go order. There were times that myself and other patrons felt ashamed to be human. Instead of responding in anger, they did their best to resolve and remedy the situation. I've never been more impressed with a kitchen/wait staff. Waffle House as a company should be proud to have these fine folks bending over backwards and flat out getting it done. Read moreMy wife and I have a favorite waitress specifically. She always goes above and beyond with her service. She’s always had a very caring a great attitude every single time we have been. Always a smile on her face. We are locals and are pretty regular so the nights downtown cincy have concerts and she’s running herself out she still has a positive attitude. One night we came and Bogarts just had let out and the crowd had just left she told us they were completely out of stock of every piece of food they had. She took the time to call around to other local Waffle House locations so we could be served. Her name is Amber. Not sure of her last name. But she also is really good for remembering people and their orders. Also makes sure business is always running smoothly. She should get paid way more than she does and the owner of Waffle House needs to recognize her for her commitment to her job.
