Unhelpful staff, hard to understand due to English, not friendly. Okay, so I really enjoyed this place at first, very nice and comes with everything you need, but we needed just a few more days extended And they just kept telling us call the day u have to check out to see what we have available and of course they had nothing. But each person I talked to told us a different thing on how to extend our stay. We only were able to stay 15 days, btw. Finally with a grace of God we got a house the day we were suppose to vacate,So we asked for an extended checkout just by an hour or 2 so we can pack as well as we were unable to get house keys until 1 , we called the night before. Again they said, well u can call in the morning And we will let u know if u can extend the checkout hour. Ugh. These front desk people r beyond frustrating. If me and my family are not stressed enough with this move!LAST THINGWe did have a pet tlf, and they r very booked, but they have other open rooms for non pet. (They told us this multiple times)If there is always such a long wait for pet friendly temps then why not make more pet friendly ones available. Again families r stressed as it is with finding a...

We stayed here for one night, traveling with the whole family Space A, in the check out morning we stepped out to the terminal to go and check for flights without checking out of the hotel because we didn’t know if we were going to make it to one of the flights, unfortunately we didn’t went back to the room, only to realize that one of the same hotel staff was using our bathroom while we were out, not only we realized she used the bathroom is the authenticity that she left behind on top of the bathroom sink her dirty toilet paper with poop on it, it was so disgusting and unsanitary. I wonder if that is what she normally does on daily basis a place where you think is clean and you bring your children’s I regretted that I didn’t take pictures. She knows what she did and we were not lying when we spoke to the hotel manager he supported that the staff member had an emergency and had to use the bathroom , that is understandable but why leaving your dirty paper toilet in the sink where other people is staying with their kids. She should be fire. We request our money back and were denied the request. Do not...

I can't leave a review for travis AFB, so this is the next best thing I guess? The inn itself is amazing, 5 stars. The base 1 star.

The golden state. Wonder why it's the golden state? Because it's all dead. What color is grass when it's dead? In a field it looks golden. You have 3 months of green, the rest is gold. Forget the gold rush, that's not what this place is anymore.

The base, yes you have Tahoe skiing, San Fran Golden gate, fishing, anything you want! All of it is an hour drive from base. And in that hour drive, is 30 miles of commute. You will be miserable because of the traffic. You will be miserable because of the lies. This state is miserable. It is ranked on the top for suicide, for horrible traffic, for crime, for homelessness. Do your research, this place will ruin your life unless if that is who you are, then you'll just blossom. A home here is over $350 thousand! For a fixer upper piece of garbage. Want to spend less, drive an hour away. You cannot buy a DECENT home for under $450 thousand dollars.

Find somewhere else. The Golden state is...

Staff: Friendly, Helpful Hotel Building: Nice design, seems to be well maintained Room: Small and quaint, nice homely feel. I did have an ant problem however, but the staff was quick to correct the problem and even offered to move me rooms. Extras: Coffee/Tea maker, Landline, Microwave, Alarm Clock. Bathroom: Small and clean, with a little toilet and a shower/bath tub. There is an included tub mat you can put down if you slip easily. Bed: Comfy and cozy. 4 pillows. A decent amount of blankets to make me feel warm throughout the night. Overall I very much enjoyed my stay. The only problem I had was that I had to keep all my food and even food trash in the fridge otherwise it would draw in ants. However I dont see this as being an easy fix so I dont hold it against them. Plus it's only $60 a night for at least a 4 star hotel. Cant beat that. 60 dollars other places would land you in a Motel 6 that has stained sheets and a room that smells like a meth lord had set up business there previously.

Check in was easy but they are very busy at this hotel so u might have to wait alittle. But the wait is worth it. Its very nice and the rooms were good size and very clean which was very nice. They have a coffee shop in the lobby and if u check in late the bowling alley is rite across the street to.eat at. For those of us that travel with children they have family rooms but they are in diffrent buildings . most times to me that means its older building and kinda run down but its the opposite yes its in another building but the rooms are great it has everything you need from a fridge to washer and dryer so no worries there. If you are flying out space A the.passenger terminal can be walk to but its a hike so bring your car or call a cab. We stayed here for about 5 days total and i have zero complaints. Everyone was very nice and the rooms were great.....
