Monarch Dining Facility — Restaurant in Fairfield

Initial days here for ROM the food choice and selections were good. However, I have to change this facility to one star. The reason is that I used to get two main entrees since I pay for my own food (not using meal card) and our ROM rules are that we use only this dfac or only Dominos (not a fan). However somehow this dfac changed its rule. Now only one entree per person per take out. Note that for tonight there were only vegi stew or turkey served for hot foods. So I was only able to get carb only (vegi stew) and no protein since it was considered as a second entree (as I was told by server). Therefore, I have to decrease the survey "star" to just one star from four. I am a Marine in receipt of the Discount Meal Rate. So far every military base I’ve been to Marine Corps, Army, Navy and three Air Force Bases. Imagine serving your country and being treated so poorly in a place where you’re supposed to feel comfortable! The airmen that work here are so rude and could care less!
