I don’t understand. After you renovated the entire store, you hired good people, they were efficient, quick and had good customer service and attitudes. What happened to those people?! Did you fire them or did they quit bc Popeyes Management didn’t take care of them?!?! I walked in for lunch today and everyone (folks different from before) behind the counter is moving at a snails pace, no customer service, no smiles, and totally inefficient. The line didn’t move the entire 5 minutes I was in there. All the tables were full of people waiting for their orders. I left. Y’all need to get on Chick-fil-A or Raising Canes pace. Unacceptable.
You get an extra star bc things were running smooth for 2 months before all this started happening again. The current wait has reverted back to the same wait as last year...
Read moreTheir car readed only takes Tap to pay or cash, and they are waiting to tell you that until after you complete your older. I just stood in line only to be told sorry you'll have to get cash. Got out of line, got cash and then there was a line out the door.. got to stand in line again.
Lead with a verbal statement about your challenge, or hold my order while I go get cash. There was a small sign next to the cash register..but who reads all the warnings/signs posted...
