Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever received. I booked a hotel room for two nights in order to attend a funeral. We were scheduled to check in on a Friday. The Thursday morning prior, my wife came down with the flu and we were forced to cancel our trip.
I called the hotel at 2:10pm to cancel our reservation and I explained the circumstances to the employee on the phone. He said he was the manager and told me that we would not be getting our $57.00 room deposit back, citing a 48 hour phone cancellation policy. I argued that under the circumstances I would not have known 48 hours in advance as my wife did not get sick until that morning.
After some arguing back and forth (including the employee calling me a "mother f*" and a "dumb guy" and yelling over my voice while I was trying to speak) he hung up on me. I called back immediately and asked to speak to the owner of the hotel, to which he responded "I am the owner"
Later that evening my wife called and tried to reason with him (a bit more calmly that me) and got nowhere. Not only was he not going to give us our $57.00 back but now he said he would be charging us for the entire reservation ( two nights) for a total of $138.58. After my wife got off the phone she checked our bank account only to find that we had already been charged for the entire amount when it wasn't even the day of our check-in yet!
Later we went back to their website and found that their "Reservation Policy" clearly states "Cancellation policy 24hours prior to arrival to receive a full refund." We called back and talked to them yet again and brought up the cancellation policy from their website and we were met with more arguments and lack of cooperation.
I would recommend AVOIDING this hotel...
Read moreCalled this hotel to find a place to stay for country thunder. It was late at night so I expected to have someone call me back in the morning. But the owner of the hotel Mr.Patel answered and I asked him to find out if any rooms were available. He told me he had one vacancy for the two days I would need to stay. He must have been confused because when I made him confirm the details of my stay he only have me booked for one night rather than two because the hotel was full. When I told him I was looking for a place to stay both nights and wouldn't consider staying at his hotel for only one night, he seemed annoyed. I told him to cancel my reservation which was made a month in advance of my arrival to which Mr.Patel responded, its fine. He then proceeded to charge my credit card for a "no show" when I never arrived after I made it clear I wished to cancel my reservation. This man is a con-artist. Do not trust him with your credit card. I had Chase reverse the charges. I will never consider staying here again. He tried to take advantage of me but failed due to the diligence of my credit card company. Dishonest business owner...

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the charming Fountana Village inn during my business trip to town. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt welcomed and at ease.
The front desk staff, who I believe is also the owner, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. Their genuine hospitality and warmth made me feel like a valued guest. They even surprised me by offering laundry services when they noticed I was in need of a wash. It's these thoughtful gestures that truly set this inn apart.
As for the room, it was immaculately clean and well-kept. The cozy ambiance and comfortable bed made for a restful night's sleep. I appreciated the attention to detail, from the neatly folded towels to the complimentary toiletries.
And let's talk about the price – it was incredibly reasonable! Considering the level of service and the quality of the accommodations, I felt like I got excellent value for my money.
In summary, if you're looking for a quaint and welcoming place to stay, I highly recommend this place. I'll definitely be returning on my next...
