Pay no attention to negative reviews for this business and count it against the review site itself for allowing such false dribble! This is a budget hotel built in 1991 to serve the automotive Factory across the street there are no other hotels or weird Street activity in the area so it is quiet safe and comfortable. As a budget hotel $100 ish or less a night it is sold out every night best check in time is 3 p.m. because with a check out time of 11 a.m. the room does need time to be cleaned not only are staff clear about this up front so are all the booking sites and it is industry-standard check your Motel 6. And as for the reviewer claiming to be a Tesla employee and stating that wait time for product delivery is unacceptable this is clearly someone completely unfamiliar with Tesla and it's purchase a car a year before delivery policy widely publicized in recent years, nor was this review are familiar with the fact Tesla provides an area of couches for napping showers and other options for employees to rest during this and other wait periods or simply to enjoy between shifts which are long at Tesla. As a Budget Motel you are not being charged hundreds of dollars for full service accommodation there is no breakfast here nor at Motel 6 north Easy 8, but what there is here is staff so dedicated they Drop everything to help you and refuse to take a tip due to their pride in Service delivery. Pride and modesty are so deep in the ownership and staff here they don't even tell you about amenities you wouldn't see it unless paying attention like the overnight security foot patrol at the property. Staff are remarkably clear professional polite talkative engaging and if you come with the mindset that you just got a steal of a deal on a budget hotel you will be amazed - on-site laundry room swimming pool mini fridge many restaurants on property great soundproofing contrasted to other Budget Hotels in busier locations. Again as a budget hotel no money has been billed for full service amenities realistic accommodations are made joyfully. As a hotel which is always sold out there is no budget for staff to be badgered insulted and bullied by unrealistic meanies,...
Read moreWe arrived at night and were sent to our room. The room smelled and there was no remote for the tv. The desk clerk brought one and it didn't work. She brought a second that also didn't work and she said someone from maintenance would have to come by in the morning. They asked what time and we said 8. So no tv till the morning. I was laying in bed reading while the rest rest of my family went to sleep and felt something weird. There was a black bug on my hand. I had brushed it away without knowing what it was or where it went. After turning on the lights and not being able to find it I turned the lights back off and went back to reading. Half an hour later I see something crawling up my chest! This time I'm able to see it and it turns out to be a pincher bug. I kill it and go back to bed. Come morning 8am has come and gone and no maintenance person. My 10 year old goes to the bathroom and toilet almost overflows. Thankfully my husband knew how to turn the water off. We quickly calf the front desk and the gentlemen who answered didn't seem to know what I was saying and said he'd be over in 5 minutes. He came in and said he'd have to send in a maintenance worker... at 9AM!! This was at 8:20. So he wants a family of 4 with 2 kids to wait a minimum of 40 minutes before being able to use the bathroom? Well, unless you want to switch rooms. Uh, yeah! Give us another room. And we still have another 2 nights we have to stay here. We'll see what tonight brings.
Edit: In their response to this review the hotel claims they reached out to us during our stay. That is a lie. The only time they called us was after I'd left the front office on the last night in frustration over not being able to get the wifi to work with the password they gave us. And that call was just to see if we'd been able to get it to work. The woman at the desk answered the phone while I was there and started talking to another employee (my guess based on the conversation I heard) instead of...
Read moreMy Daughter, who is student in college and her friend had booked hotel for 2 nights for May 24 and May 25. They found bed bugs late night on May 24 and highlighted the issue to the management in the morning. Obviously, my daughter needed to make alternate arrangements at Hilton Garden Inn in Fremont for May 25 located nearby as there was no way she was going to spend another night at the hotel infested with beg bugs. She was assured that she would be credited for her stay at the hotel. Since my daughter is an additional card holder on my account, the charges were made to my account. I have since sent detailed email with all proofs including picture of bed bugs in the room but have not been refunded the amount yet and have received no communication at all. This is the first time ever I have needed to write a negative review. I am giving the hotel management an opportunity to address this issue and will post a follow-up in a few weeks on the resolution of the same.
Update: 9/20/21 - The Management response below is incorrect. No one has tried to reach me out or respond to emails. I just called up again and after a long hold was told that management is not available currently.
Update: 9/28/21 - No one has reached out or responds to emails. Very unprofessional management. For every negative review, their approach is to just post a standard reply and make no attempt to contact the person via email or phone. This is to be expected since they know that they have wrongly charged the guest.
Update: 9/11/23 - Stay away...
