This place is very nice but their management is beyond rude. He cursed at my 15 yo and constantly talks down to people. He follows me into the clubhouse everytime I go to the gym. Then came in and YELLED at me as if i was a child for throwing a SLAM ball. Im sorry, isnt that what its for? Bathrooms aren't very clean. There is always hair in them. He mops the gym floor and then let's his dog run around the clubhouse unleashed and the hair sticks to the wet gym floor. It's so gross if your doing any kind of floor routine. He definitely picks and chooses people he wants to befriend. Very unprofessional and all rules don't apply to everyone. I live the amenities if we could enjoy them without being watched and it just feels like he is waiting to pounce. If you want a friendly peaceful atmosphere go somewhere else. Pearwood down the street...

Quiet park near where we needed to be. Lots to do in the area. Park manager Gary was extremely helpful from reservation to exit. We stayed a month visiting family, will be headed back there in 2 months. Best thing about park other than Gary is all the pad sites are level. Worst thing is all pad sites are level hindering rain run off. We were lucky to stay when Houston got 5" of snow. Park is full of .mostly full timers, but it is very clean and not much junk around the RV's. Game room, laundry, bath house, and work out gym we're spotless, and very welcoming. 5 isn't enough stars when compared to other places we've stayed that were rated 4+ stars.
