Last minute purchase decision. We were looking for a mattress for our 5 year old, new jungle bed (playground bed) She was super excited to have a sleep over that same night. The twin size mattress we wanted wasn’t in stock . Manny the salesman brainstormed with us he even had other employe to call other stores.No delivery until Monday. Our daughter kept asking “mommy am I having my sleepover “ We explained the issue at hand and she was very sad! I asked Manny if the sample was available he wasn’t sure if he could sale us the model. He saw our sadness and heard my daughter “aww mommy no sleep over. He immediately went to the computer and MADE it possible for us to have the Model! And there was a % off as well! The purchase was very simple and professional he even wrapped it in plastic and gave my daughter a toy of some kind. I also purchased a body pillow that will be in stock on Monday. Hey everyone I had a great experience here with my guy James! He is a rockstar! Really nice guy who helped me and made me feel like we were just hanging out while he was helping me learn about mattresses and answering all the questions I had from anything to anything. He was very open friendly. It was awesome. I never felt like I was being pressured to buy anything. He was just kind of in it for the level of the game it felt like which was refreshing and I really appreciate that, he was very patient with me. Offered me a lot of options when it came to choosing and deciding for payment and plans and deals and discounts. You know they’re always there to help you out even check out the outlet section which you know is a better deal for me, but not for them and he was really wanting me to check everything out so I knew that I had all my options and it was wonderful. I went looking for a mattress for my wife and I, also one for my daughter. I told Jesse Osequeira that I wanted something less expensive.

I spent about $2k on both the mattresses and movable bed frame. He gave me an option of a slightly used mattress and that they were returned but in good shape.

Turns out the mattresses are in really bad shape with dentures, I can even feel the springs.

I reported but to no avail...

I guess the company made its money on the movable bed frames, because these mattresses are in really bad shape....
