Extremely Disappointed and Upset by the Treatment and Conditions

I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times because the location is convenient and my disabled daughter really enjoys the lights when she visits. However, our most recent stay was extremely upsetting and unacceptable.

We found ants in the room and even in the bed, which is absolutely disgusting. When we brought this to the staff’s attention, instead of offering any kind of apology or solution, we were told that we would no longer be allowed to rent a room there. This was shocking and uncalled for, especially considering we are regular customers.

On top of that, we were accused of tampering with a work truck just because we took our trailer off the hitch and later put it back on — something we’ve done many times without issue. The false accusations were not only frustrating, but felt incredibly disrespectful.

When I tried to speak calmly to the manager, she was rude, dismissive, and eventually hung up on me. She wouldn’t even let me explain the situation. I’ve never been treated so poorly by hotel staff in all my years of traveling.

This entire experience has left me feeling angry and heartbroken — not just because of the poor room conditions, but because of how we were treated as loyal guests. I hope this hotel reconsiders how they handle valid customer concerns and trains their staff to treat guests...

UPDATE: STILL NO RESOLUTION!!! BEWARE!!! VERY DANGEROUS PLACE. I had to check out earlier than intended because of the dangerous conditions. The entry light did not work and I nearly tripped and fell walking onto my room the first night. And when I brought it to the attention of the manager on duty, she said, "Oh, they haven't fixed that yet! It was supposed to be fixed last Thursday." The bathroom fan did not work, the light over the stove did not work, one of the lights next to the bed did not work. There are extension cords all over the place. And the freezer was frozen over. Obviously, it had not been cleaned in a LONG time. There were beer cans behind the couch. AND finally to my HORROR, that I did not see the first two days because I sleep on the other side of the bed, there was a BLOOD stain on the bed!!! This place is seriously BAD!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! They double charge you credit card. They charged $307.33 to my credit card. The rooms are DIRTY!! I had beer cans behind the couch, the floors turned the bottom of my feet black, electrical cords all over the place, missing light bulbs, the bathroom fan did not work and blood stains on my bed. Rooms very dirty. Shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned. Our room had urine in the toilet when we walked in. Floor was sticky all through the room. Asked housekeeping to mop floor, she came back with a dirty mop. Floor was still sticky after drying Construction people right next door very loud early in the morning Parking is terrible at the west end of the building Construction people working at new building right next door are staying in the hotel and take up all the parking spots. They are very loud and very messy. There are people living in a trailer on property parked in a parking spot. The night we were there, people were screaming. I honestly expected that they were going to find a body or something in that trailer. Very concerning. The "non-smoking " room smelled strongly of cigarettes.
