Pizza Guys — Restaurant in Galt

Very disappointing in Pizza Guys! Few weeks we ordered an X large Pizza half Garlic sauce with Salami ect and the other half with Red Sauce with Pepperoni, Mushrooms & Olives. When we got the Pizza it had Garlic on one half and NO SAUCE on the other half! I called right away and told them, they apologized and said that they give an X large pizza free on our next visit. I said okay that would be fine, we couldn't eat the one side with no sauce! So the girl on the phone said, oh your right, your sauce half red sauce, she apologized. Texted me a statement that they were sorry for hiccup and we'd receive a Pizza X large free of charge on our next visit that it's noted on our account ..ok fine Tonight I called and said I would like to order our X large Pizza free of charge He said that I or my daughter do not have account my phone # or hers, how did I get a text then?? Then & in the past you've even said is this Peggy ?🙄🤔🤨 On top of that he wasn't very friendly or sympathetic unfortunately I accidently deleted the text, he said that the last time I worked was in July, which is not true, because we WERE regular customer at every couple weeks!😡 I will never go back...

I’ve never ordered from the galt location and was disappointed to receive my delivery without the extra sides of marina because my toddler literally refuses to eat anything without it 😂 I called them & was more than willing to come pick it up but they insisted on sending another driver, gave me two extra sides than what I paid for and a free 2 liter of Pepsi! Their drivers were incredibly nice as well! I have a happy toddler now so...

I called into the store and Angelo answered professionally and friendly. I ordered the Artichoke Fiesta, he asked if there was any other pizza, I said no. For the first time since calling in for an order, he starting telling me of other product on the menu. He was knowledgeable about the menu options. Thank you Angelo, who drives the GMC truck.
