I will start of by saying that I really liked the parking. If you stay here and are coming on a Saturday I would advise you to not try getting on an elevator with a luggage cart from the level 2 parking area. We stood at the elevator for 35 minutes waiting to get our luggage to the room. Everybody on the lower levels were getting on the elevators and there was no room to get on when it would stop on the second floor. The area where you wait for the elevator was enclosed and was not air conditioned. It must have been 100+ with no air movement. My wife and I both were soaking wet from sweat just waiting on the elevator. Also this place only has two very slow and old elevators that don't smell too good when you are on them.

The outside area is very old and needs updated badly. There was a wet paint sign hanging outside our room that was still there after we had been there for 8 days. I'm guessing it had been there since it was painted last, possibly in the 90's.

Inside the condo had been updated some but it still had been a few years. Great view from the 12th floor balcony. The furniture on the balcony was old and weathered. The condo had not been cleaned real well. Stuff was on the floors where it had not been swept thoroughly and the coffee table was covered in dust. The door knob to the bathroom in the hallway was messed up and you couldn't get the door open. So if anybody needed to use that bathroom you had to walk through the second bedroom to get in it. The toilet in the master bathroom ran continuously. The flapper in the tank did not seal and every couple of minutes the water would kick on filling the tank back up. This was not a quite toilet either which led to not very restful nights for either my wife or I. I didn't call maintenance about these issues just because we were on vacation and we didn't want to waist half a day waiting for somebody to come and fix these issues.

If you go to the beach you better go early and stake claim to a spot. The beach is very crowded here due to the public beach access on both sides. When its high tide you only have about 30-40 feet of beach and it is elbow to elbow. The pools were fine and we really liked the deck where we could sit by the pool but overlooked the beach. We sat in these chairs every evening just enjoying the view.

My wife filled out a survey and turned in with the keys telling of the issues but I don't guess anybody really cared since we never heard from anybody. They had been paid so I guess it didn't matter to them.

I am being generous giving it 3 starts because we had a good time and made the best of our vacation with our teenage kids. We don't spend a whole lot of time in the room but this place definitely needs some work.

Not terrible but we won't be booking Water's Edge...

The place was not clean. When we got there walking on the floors barefoot would leave you with black soles on your feet. There was still lots of sand on the floors. There was a pair of eye contacts and some other trash on the floor in middle guest room. None of the beds had been swept under or the nightstands. The dishwasher had mold in it and had not been emptied. We had to hand wash all our dishes, no way were we going to use a moldy dishwasher. The refrigerator and microwave both had food remains in them. The outside balcony furniture was filthy too with sand piled up in the corners of the balcony. The resort sent a guy to come check it out. He tried to clean stuff up but nothing he could do about the dishwasher. Even after he swept and mopped, our feet were still black on the bottom if we walked around barefoot. The next day my kids were coming with the baby, so my husband and I spent several hours cleaning. When I used the mop, I rinsed it out 3x in the bathtub when working with an area about 2ftx4ft, and it was STILL dirty. I was pretty upset. I didn’t pay that much to stay in a place so dirty. Fortunately after lots of wasted vacation time and waste of money, it was clean enough to be minimally acceptable. One of the doors to the balcony would not shut completely and could not be locked. On Saturday when it was time to leave, we were getting ready to check out but after waiting more than 10 minutes for an elevator (only one was working and the working one still had not come) to take our stuff to the car, we ended up driving our cars as far up the parking garage as we could, then carrying everything down the stairs to our cars. You can imagine we all needed another shower by the time we had the cars loaded and we were past our...

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this condo #605. Let's start with the good stuff. The sliding doors were the best I've ever found at the beach. Easy to open and close. The balcony was private unless you stood at the rail. The chairs were nice and not cheap plastic. The living room furniture was comfortable and the TV was huge. The kitchen (I thought the cabinets were blue based on the pictures, but it is really a grayish blue.) had everything we needed to cook our meals. We could sit at the table and look out at the ocean. The complex as a whole was rather empty when we were there, but we did have neighbors on one side of us. We never experienced any problems with noise. The kinda bad stuff...it is evident that this condo has been updated in many ways; however, there are still a few little things that need to be finished. There are places where the quarter round is missing. This lets you see the subfloor and rough edges of the tile. I hope this is just something that hasn't been completed yet. The only other 'issue' was the bedroom was difficult to move around in because the furniture filled the room. The bed is a king, which is good. The dresser and chest of drawers provided plenty of storage space. They just didn't leave much walking space. This again is a minor issue. You just have to be mindful if you get up in the night. The only big issue with this place was the parking garage. It will not accommodate a large/tall truck. This information is clearly stated on the website and in the rental agreement. It was not a surprise. We just had to change our usual mode of transportation. Overall we really liked this condo. We liked the complex and being out of the crowded Myrtle Beach area. We would recommend this property and use it...

This was my first time staying at a high rise condo and overall it was ok. The front dest was flexiable with the time we stayed as I went to see my spine doctor. We werent sure how long we would be staying until we saw him. This women owns a gift shop. She was super sweet. The room and view was beautiful. I met several people but realized the owners have there own click and dont make you feel comfortable. After my procedure was done on Thursday I took a nap. I walked around and found him in the bar. That is where they really seperate you. I did not know how to use the juke box and turned around to 'the homeowners' and asked them for help. Not one turned around to help me. This women on the oppisite side of the bar helped me. I was talking to an elderly couple and the woman said she had to go home. I assured her I would get him home. Since I didnt know this old singer really put the home owners against me. Bar was getting ready to close, bartender cut me off. Just because. As I was assisting this gentleman up to his room the other bar tender and home owner followed us upstairs videoing me asking him was I his caregiver. This upset my boyfriend. The next day I talked to the owner of the bar. She basically said bartenders can refuse to sell you a drink. If a bartender is off work they are allowed to make their own drinks, customers and had no idea why he followed and camered me. I am a very social person and have never wanted to leave this place as it was my first time being on beachside on a high balacony. I will never go back there as I have five years experience of caregiving. When we stepped in and out of the elevator, the man videoing me put us at risk.
