Big Bear Cove — Hotel in Gatlinburg

Place kinda needs updating technology-wise. My only complaint was the main tv has a horrible speaker and clearly wasn't hooked up to the nice speaker system that was there. We all used my Bluetooth speaker the whole time. Everything else was ok. Furniture was very plush. I sunk into all the couches and chairs. Hot tub was placed outside of the bedroom window of one of our guests who brought their kid. But that was our fault. We shouldn't have placed them...

We've stayed at many cabins over there years and this is one of the best ! We're here at Christmas time so anyone who does come at this time of year needs to make sure you have awd or fwd vehicles. Very nice cabin but definitely needs some maintenance. The deck is a little shabby and jacuzzi tubs need sealed/repaired. Jets weren't strong at all and didn't hold water at plug. Otherwise this would be a five...
