My partner and I stayed at one of these cabins through Airbnb. The location is phenomenal, literally steps outside of the park. However, this particular cabin had clearly not been maintained or cleaned at all. We found mushrooms growing out of the bathroom baseboard (the company claimed the mushrooms were actually foam insulation). There were both live and dead flies throughout the house. When I pulled down the sheets on one bed, I found stains, flakes of dirt and long hairs on the sheets. There were dust and lint balls on the stairs. The customer service when we raised these issues was abysmal and disappointing. That combined with the **$120 cleaning fee** (that clearly wasn’t being used) made our 1-night stay almost $400. We were both so excited to stay in what we thought would be a cute cabin, but were deeply disappointed and disgusted. I would definitely avoid them if you can.

This is a very large unit with lots of activities and privacy. Kids and adults enjoyed the pool table, indoor basketball, outdoor hot tub, and poker table while it was raining. The owners do stock some staples like salt, pepper, oil, sugars/sweetener, and a spice rack which was nice. They also have washer/dryers and detergent. Place was clean and very close proximity to Rainier National Park. Highly recommend the Ukrainian restaurant within 5 minutes. The place was awesome. Recommend getting food in Tacoma suburbs as local places are poorly stocked and very expensive ($8) for 12 eggs. Added some pictures in Rainier park that were ~45 minutes drive from the unit. Wi-Fi was excellent Con: Minor issue with a couple stove burners lighting which I’m sure the owners will fix. Was not a problem for us since the stove had 5 gas burners

This house was the perfect spot for a girls’ weekend getaway to Mt. Rainier! It’s my second time staying in one of the Mt. Rainier houses, and I can’t wait to return for a third time with my family. The space was comfortable, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for cooking meals. After our snowy adventures, relaxing in the sauna and hot tub was an absolute treat. The property videos were super helpful and gave us a clear idea of what to expect. With a fire pit, BBQ, ample parking, and plenty of space to host a group, this place truly has it all. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Let me say the cabin is nicely located in a quiet, beautiful forest setting, off the highway. The kitchen is nicely furnished with a full size refrigerator, gas stove and microwave hood. The downside is the light in both appliances were burned out and the refrigerator was set so cold the things like hardboiled eggs froze so hard that you couldn't cut them. The bedroom door could not be opened beyond half way because it struck the bed which was a queen size and much to big for the size of the room, you would have to step into the room, close the door then walk around the bed to get into the closet. Very inconvenient to try to get dressed. On to the subject of the water heater, its totally inadequate, my wife showered an hour before me using it sparingly and still it ran out of hot water when I showered. The hooks in the hallway where I tried to hang a wet towel after using the spa had some hooks in use and three of the six hooks were broken off. In the bathroom there was mold and peeling paint on the floor trim. Even the headrests in the spa were broken and kept falling off and floating around the spa. What could have been a good experience with this nice cabin was diminished by lack of attention to detail and neglected maintenance. One last point after being charged many fees for various cleaning, service and pets, I think that your guests should not be asked to take out the garbage and put the cans out on the road while on vacation. What kind of service is that? Sorry for the poor review but it is totally in your power to take care of your business and make sure thing are maintained and in good working condition for...

We rented one of their cabins (Creekside Cabin @ Rainier w/Spa, Game Room, King) for a weekend towards the end of July. Generally, the property was as advertised, although both the Spa and the Internet were non-functional (two of their advertised attractions) for the entire duration of our trip. We discovered this was a known problem before our arrival when the hot tub repair tech stopped by to apologize. We tried to alert the property management company when we arrived but could not do so because of the lack of internet.

After we returned, I connected with the property manager (Ashley), who assured us we would be offered a partial refund for the inconvenience. We have given her nearly a week to respond. I've called several times in the last few days, and they have been unresponsive.

I would not rent from this company unless you want to waste precious vacation days on a sub-par experience.

Edit: I appreciate the prompt response to my review and the steps the property manager is taking to increase customer satisfaction and the reliability of this property moving forward. That said, this response does nothing to improve our experience and does not show that this company will stand by its advertised properties or provide solutions when things do not...

There are no words to describe our stay at the Glacier Run cabin besides magical, and one of a kind. I was nervous bringing my grandparents along to a cabin experience, and feeling comfortable enough to leave them there while I did a sunrise hike at MRNP. Not only is the cabin family friendly with wide spaces, large doors, a wheelchair entryway, large walk in shower, step in hot tub, and so much more, but it's only 7 minutes from the nisqually entrance of Mount Rainier National Park. The drive was easy and quick to and from the park for when my grandparents wanted to see the mountain, but not have to stay in the vehicle for too long. There are plenty of TV's in the cabin to stay entertained, a large array of card/board games, and so many kitchen appliances to use. Coffee grounds, creamer, and basic cooking needs such as vegetable oil and some seasonings were provided as well, which made cooking at the cabin easier. I can't recommend this cabin enough for anyone that has a family with various ages! I had to create a new google account from forgetting my last password just to leave a review. We will...
