La Vida — Restaurant in Guayama

Modern looking breakfast restaurant with great potential. The location is great since it’s in the middle of the city of Guayama. The food was tasty and the presentation was very good. The service however was a little slow and filled with mistakes. In my case I ordered coffee and juice, the juice never made it. I ordered pancakes and had to request the syrup. Ordered eggs and no salt was provided. The little things that could be addressed with training and supervising their process could make this restaurante an above average restaurant experience. This place is cute with a promising appearence, however the food was not what I expected. Everything was served cold. The pancakes, aside from cold tasted proceses(frozen like). The bacon was old as if it had been made in the wee hours of the morning. How does one go wrong with toast? Utensils were the cheapest of the cheap, you couldn't even cut or pick up anything without them bending 🤦🏽‍♀️. Nothing was offered nor provided with the meal: salt, pepper, sugar, syrup. I left the food u touched. The waitress was super sweet- no reflection of her. I will be in the area for two weeks and was hoping to find a good breakfast spot---Unfortunately...

Poor service experience. Got French toast, with no sirup, had to get up and ask for it, I got told that the server was going to bring it to the table, when it was right within reach. Waited for the sirup, had to get up again and get it myself while my toast was already cold. Thank you but nooooo, never coming back. This is the second and last chance. I do not recommend!!!!!
