Visitar Pandora Gastrobar en Guayama fue una experiencia gastronómica de primer nivel. Desde que llegué, Félix me recibió con una sonrisa que marcó el inicio de una velada especial. Mi mesera, Krizzia, fue atenta, amable y me guió con excelentes recomendaciones del menú. La gerente, Jesmarie, se aseguró de que todo fluyera con excelencia, demostrando una gran pasión por el servicio.

La comida fue sencillamente espectacular. El bacalaíto con ceviche de camarones me sorprendió con su frescura y balance de sabores. El salmón en salsa de coco con parmesan smashed potatoes fue una combinación perfecta de tradición y creatividad. Y el New York Steak con mamposteado y salsa de parmesano y cilantro estuvo en su punto, preparado a la perfección por el talentoso chef Xavier.

Para complementar, los cocteles artesanales creados por Gabriel, el mixólogo, elevaron aún más la experiencia, refrescantes y llenos de carácter.

El ambiente es otro de los grandes atractivos: un jardín colonial transformado en un oasis moderno, con un encanto único en Guayama, donde cada detalle invita a disfrutar con calma.

Pandora no es solo un restaurante, es un lugar donde la comida, el servicio y la atmósfera se unen para crear recuerdos inolvidables. ¡Sin duda, lo recomiendo al 100% y espero regresar muy pronto!

Visiting Pandora Gastrobar in Guayama was truly a top-notch culinary experience. From the moment I arrived, Félix greeted me with a warm smile that set the tone for the evening. My waitress, Krizzia, was attentive, kind, and guided me with excellent menu recommendations. Manager Jesmarie ensured everything flowed perfectly, showing great passion for hospitality.

The food was absolutely extraordinary. The bacalaíto with shrimp ceviche was fresh and full of flavor. The salmon in coconut sauce with parmesan smashed potatoes was a perfect balance of tradition and creativity. And the New York Steak with mamposteado and parmesan cilantro sauce was cooked to perfection by the talented chef Xavier.

To complement the dishes, the handcrafted cocktails by Gabriel, the mixologist, elevated the experience even further—refreshing and full of character.

The atmosphere is another highlight: a colonial garden transformed into a modern oasis, with a unique charm that makes Pandora stand out in Guayama.

We came to the town of Guayama after a beautiful coastal drive thru mountain roads and discovered this Gem. It is a restaurant and hotel with a beautiful garden owned by a young couple in a historic building. Service was excellent and we were greeted warmly by the owners. Our meals were delicious, ribeye steak with mashed potatoes and a unique twist on risotto. We had our meals in the garden. A must see! A must eat with many other places of interest in town. You'll enjoy the music, food...

Never been this area so it was kinda random choice of restaurant but everything was awesome. We ordered Stuffed chicken breast and Pork wrap thing with plantain. The food was amazing and the cocktails were good too. We sat outside and the vibe was cool. We truly loved it. Our server Rose was very kind and awesome. Everything was really AMAZING!!!! Definitely I would visit...
