FiveSails of Gulf Shores - Family Beach Condo — Hotel in Gulf Shores

We very much enjoyed staying at this condo! The local amenities and beach access were incredible. The condos were sandwiched in between beach homes and a hotel. There is a courtyard in between the condos and beach homes for privacy. The courtyard boasted two pools and a hot tub, with paved sidewalks, beautiful gardening and foliage, and a really nice boardwalk to the beach with an outdoor shower to wash off. Contrary to the local, public beaches, this beach was very private. We felt like we had our own beach! There are several stores and restaurants only 15-20 minutes away. In addition to the courtyard, we also had access to the hotel's indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. The condo was clean, well organized with plenty of seating. It also had a dishwasher, which was a really nice touch of conveneince. The backporch was also quite nice to sit and enjoy the sunrise and sunset. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Gulf Shores and "Five Sails" condominium. The unit was tastefully decorated and clean when we arrived. It is on the ground floor, which makes it easy to park right in front of the unit and drop luggage on the porch to make unloading a breeze. We enjoyed having the use of multiple pools and amenities in the adjacent buildings on the property, including the "Sassy Bass" restaurant just steps away from the beach. While the unit is on the ground floor, we were still able to enjoy a picturesque view of the ocean and the dunes from the family room and porch. We loved our girls long weekend at FiveSails! Your condo is fully appointed with everything we needed (except more time!). The beds are AWESOME. You have games, all the kitchen implements we needed, and a lovely porch that we used every evening. Love the first floor access; we literally backed in and dropped our bags over the porch railing!!
