Stayed at this Rv park for 8 months. Came in July 2022 and it was very beautiful with a lot of shade trees and well maintained. Very quiet, safe and clean. The restrooms and showers are EXTREMELY clean as the the guy Tony who cleans them daily does an excellent job. The spots are very spacious and well leveled. The only problem I had was with the So called manger of the RV park Susan who does not follow policies, does not care about problems that arise, lies , is very rude, unprofessional, careless and lazy. Beware if you’re dealing with her. The other lady who works in the office Jacque is very friendly and goes above and beyond to help the customers and also is very informative on things to do around Hagerman and surrounding areas. If anything is happening in the park she will let you know along with if you have any mail in the office. This kind of customer service makes your stay even better. This is a nice spot for vacation or long term stays but I give it low stars based on the management and the way they handle things. I like to stay at places that enforce policies for the safety of my family along with others. During the last 2 months of our stay is when those policies were not enforced or handled properly. This could have easily been avoided but the manager choose to let the situation escalate and become unwelcoming at the RV park. All the negative has happened in the recent change of ownership of the park. The old owners would have never let this problem arise or escalate...
Read moreWe held a small family reunion here in June 2021. We rented cabins. Had multiple issues! ||||1. We requested 4 cabins, all next to each other, way in advance of the get together. When we arrived we were informed that we would only be able to use 3 cabins. 2 next to each other then a person was occupying one that separated the 3rd. Said person was ridiculous in their complaints about our group. Complained that we walked across their sidewalk to get to our other cabins, complained when we were playing a game in our yard between his cabin and our cabin. Complained when someone parked in front of his cabin (he didn't need the parking space due to not having a vehicle). ||||2. Cabins were absolutely DISCUSTING! Inside was crawling with bugs. Spiders literally everywhere. Spider webs in every corner. Used floss pick in the bathroom under the sink. Dirt all over the floor. I have an infant who is not walking yet and I couldn't even let her down on the floor in the cabin. ||||4. There was a hole in the roof. You could see daylight. If it had rained we would have gotten wet. Also the entire back wall you could see daylight through.||||5. When we informed the front office they literally blew us off with a response of "yeah". That was it.||||We will NEVER stay here again! ||||We do...
Read moreTo begin with, wish with respect I could give this place more star than one, the ground have matured trees and decent ground except there’s only one restroom for everyone that need to be shared by 60 rv sites, one shower is broken and out of order, the location is far from everything and in the middle of nowhere, the place smells like cows manure all the time and surrounded by flies, make sure to by fly trap like we did to help, another complain with this property or should I say the lady that managing the place is before we arrive at the site, we ask if firewood campfire is allowed in the property and we were told yes it is, after a night we were approached by the manager that the smoke from the fire need to be put out or move behind the motor home because it’s bothering other camper , when we literally have no one right next to us and the only one in front of our site is the restroom and her office, what didn’t make sense to me is why moved the fire behind the motor home when there is more rv’s occupying the area? Who she said complain about the smoke? she could have told us that it’s bothering her instead of making lie or excuse and use other camper, I just couldn’t understand why In the first place allow campfire when you don’t want to smell...
