So many thoughts on this place. The area is cute, with it's vicinity to Jiminy Peak. Luckily Christensen Pub is open because there are little food options nearby. Parking was good and beautiful scenery. We are in building 21, and it's just so old! The ceiling is settling and you can see the lines in it. We are in an Ada room for some reason and the shower in one of the rooms is unlevel and the water pressure is non-existent due to leaking in the removable shower head. In the other bathroom the sink barely drains. If you took a shower in the ada shower, and then walked into the bedroom, it set the fire alarm off from the steam! Twice! But the reason I am writing this at the present moment is because you can hear everything from the room above you! Like every single step. And we must have kids above us because it sounds like a stampede, like a dog is running around and jumping off everything. The night we checked in, we listened to running and jumping until 1130pm. The other room in our suite could hear a baby crying alot. But even in our room the floor squeaks so much because it must be old. Kitchen is kinda like mini sized, maybe because we have an Ada room, but for a room that sleeps 8, it has a table that seats 4. And barely enough seats in the living room for that amount of people. The washer and dryer was so loud! And it's not in a closet so you hear it shaking away openly in the kitchen. There wasn't a closet in one of the rooms. And we could hear the people's washer upstairs too. Plenty of dishes and glasses. The pool was nice, but the water was cloudy and something smelled musty. My parents are owners here and it doesn't really feel like they were treated any differently from the other Wyndhams. They couldn't put us in a newer building and give us a non-ada room? The building where the pool is doesn't squeak when you walk down the hall so it must be newer. Maybe I'm just spoiled because we got back a month ago from Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek. Overall, the place is clean and has nice amenities, but bring earplugs if you want to sleep at night.

A step back in time! We have stayed at other Wyndham Resorts and this one needs some work! It needs major updating! Cons: The master shower/ toilet area is so small that the shower door hits the door to the room. There is also no light over the shower and it is very dark in there. The couch is not comfortable at all. The kitchen table chairs have stains all over them. The lighting in the living room is minimal. The lighting through out the entire suite is dated. The beds are very dated (see pics). The carpet needs to be replaced. The washer has a high pitched squeal and dishwasher is very loud. There was no laundry detergent and only 2 dishwasher packs. There was also only one roll of paper towels. To say the TVs are horrible is an understatement. All 3 TVs are at least 15 years old, have horrible color, and are very pixelated. Glad we brought tablets! There is also a limit to the number of devices you can connect to wifi, it's 4. There is no cell service here so you will need to connect all phones which leaves nothing else to be connected unless you pay extra. The elevator in our building was also out of service all week. Pros: nice pool area and hot tubs. Beautiful view of the mountains. Nice work out rooms and sauna. If someone gave this place a face lift it could be very nice.

Clue Wyndham Bentley Brook was really a lovely place for families to gather, and spend quality time together. The rooms were spacious, and provided two queen sized beds in one room, one kids full bathroom, living room and kitchen combination with stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Master bedroom had one full sized king a full soaking tub with jets, and another half bath with shower for the adults. While the place looks recently renovated, it still felt a bit run down. The mountains provide an amazing view while the kids jumped in the heated indoor/outdoor pool nightly. The hot tubs were comfortable and relaxing. The barbeque areas while small, were enough for 4th of July cookout. The real quirk here is Jiminy Park, which for $35 a head gets you access to some "rides" which look fun, but are definitely geared towards kids. Later we tried the movie theater and we were surprised with fresh popcorn, and seats that felt like any other theater. Overall, this is totally family atmosphere. It made my teen kids feel like superstars and made memories. It's certainly not a life changing adult experience, but our best memories are made in the weirdest little places sometimes. 😁

This resort was top notch. Wish we stayed longer. We traveled with our 3 kids. 5, 10 and 13. Our 2 bed room suite was immaculate. It was fully equipped with Dishwasher soap, laundry soap, sponge, recycle bags, liquid dish soap, cute little salt pepper shaker, coffee, coffee filters, hot chocolate, popcorn, sugar packets, plenty of stemware. Cabinets stocked with more dishes than you need. All top-notch appliances. Refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, blender, and coffee pot were spotless as if they were brand-new. Toiletries included were facial soap, body soap, mouthwash, body lotion, shampoo and conditioner. All in white citrus lime. Beds very comfy. The sofa bed didn't even feel like a sofa bed as it was unbelievably comfortable. Plenty of drawers and closet's. The whirlpool jet tub was incredible. Three TVs in our two bedroom suite. Great view from our balcony. We had an end unit so we never heard her neighbors and we're on the fourth floor. Totally re-renovated unit. Spotless. In the lobby Water and lemon water was always available along with coffee, tea and hot chocolate. DVD rentals are $4 but a great selection. We rented board games for free. Arcade takes quarters and it's cheap and the pool table and ping-pong table are great plus for only a quarters. Change machine available. The indoor/outdoor pool was warm and all three hot tubs were amazing. Handicapped assessable. The All salt water system was a plus!! During the day we were the only ones in there!! (We weren't there to ski) Btw, No sales plug at all so answering your phone is safe. Ha. Building 25 forth floor end unit away from elevator facing ski slops and valleys mountains was perfect. Otherwise u face parking lot. Maintenance was on top of everything. Never saw a full trash can. Housekeeping was ready with brand new stuff for next people outside our door as we left. Impressed to see they don't reuse instead give brand new. Kids made crafts cheap. Lip balm, survival bracelets, and stuff a pet. Movie theater was brand new. 2 movies a day. Kids movies only on weekends though. Free pop corn. A fitness center in each complex. Sauna was so relaxing. Very quiet season. Will definitely visit this time of year again. Nothing to do outside the resort this time of year but that forced us to stay put and relax as a family. Grocery store on site with beer, wine, liquor lots of food and full deli. Awesome local chocolates and Ben n Jerry's . Ben and jerry's single cups available st front desk as well for $2. Very very short walk to main building if you choose to stay in newer building. Steps had heated pads so it was always dry. Everything was salted. We brought robes to wrap up in to go to and from the pool. Saw others doing the same. No gas station near by so make sure u full up. Tons of geo caching. Tons of Pokémon at the resort. :0) We Did not ski so can't comment on that but we saw tons of slopes. Loved watching them come down while in the pool. If you do bring a bike they have racks out front of every building. Bring bike lock. Staff was amazing. Wifi covers facility and rarely did we have an issue but we also paid for unlimited devices and speed bc we have a lot of devices and needed it to do some work. It was like $20 something for two nights. But u can connect 4 devices for free on a normal speed free plan. Our t-mobile phones did not have service within a mile or two radius of resort. Our sprint phone had service the whole time on 3G network. The best part was upon arrival was the activities lady (I think Christina) took our kids right to crafts and brought them back to our room when they were done. We were free to unpack and settle in without the distraction of the kids. R We were blown away by this resort. We can't wait to come again. Oh and by the way you can call ahead of time and request the kind of room you want. Over all the perfect get away from school, work, and dreary rainy weather...

If I could give this hotel 0 stars I would. Beware that it is a time share hotel and their time share clients ‘take priority’. We booked to stay tonight and tomorrow night (11th and 12th October 2024) in February 2024 through trailfinders. When we arrived at approx 4pm today we were told that our booking had been cancelled. We were given no apology or explanation and had to ask why this had happened. We were told that because it is a timeshare hotel they were all booked up with timeshare guests and so 2-3 days ago they had cancelled our booking. However we had no contact from the hotel….no missed calls, no email or text and when I inquired why they said it was because we had booked through a 3rd party and they had been informed. They also blamed the third party booking company for giving them incorrect contact details for us. I have since checked with trailfinders and they have not had any correspondence from the hotel with the cancellation. The hotel advised we called their booking inquiry line as they have nothing to do with bookings but when I told them as an international traveller that I didn’t have minutes to use abroad and asked to use their phone they said no. The person at reception really couldn’t have cared less about our situation and showed no empathy. The bit that has angered us most was that clearly if it is a timeshare hotel the hotel is already getting money from its timeshare clients so booking rooms for non time share clients is just pure greed and leads to customers like us being left without accommodation and then having to pay much higher prices for last minute hotels. The attitude of the reception staff absolutely stank and I would never use this company again. Think twice about booking here if you aren’t one of their timeshare customers as you are treated...
