I was discriminated against at the time of check-in. My family member didn't want to stay here as it was. But I suggested on it because of the photos. I regret ever coming here the guy behind the counter was extremely disrespectful to me & my pet is documented & for the first time in 9 years I was charged a pet fee when I've stayed at over 60 hotels that don't allow pets and have never charged me EVER. he refused to look at documentation and just continued to run his mouth when I just wanted to leave. The room was filthy my pillow cases were not changed they were greasy and smelled like a guy. The top cover had not been changed and was covered in black hairs. Me and my child got hives/rashes in the bed and we were scratching all night long. There was no water pressure in the shower. My towels had hairs on them. The room had such a bad odor, filthy sheets/ disgusting pillows. The TV barely worked took over 30 mins to get it to work. My aunts room was upstairs and she told me it was the worst room/hotel she's ever stayed at she covered her bed in towels because she felt so gross even sitting in the bed. She said it was a nightmare and that she had no hot water and they told her to run the water for 15 mins and then it would get hot. It made our last night on the road bad vibes/energy. I will never stay at a super 8 again. I will never forget about this experience. Avoid this hotel at all costs. Get a hotel at the exit 10 miles prior to this one. As this place only has a few food places and there normally closed on a good amount of days of the weekend/week. Don't spend a single dollar here. Motel 6 is better than this super 8. Read moreHere we go again with Wyndham I promised myself I would not do business with this moronic company again, but I was in a bind and needed a place to stay. I booked 1 night with this hotel, and I told them about my 1 year old puppy. I go to check in, and they needed my card for incidentals. Well as soon as I get my card back I get a notification that not only was I charged by priceline I was charged by them TWICE, so a fifty dollar stay became $150 stay. I had to hold their hands to get a “refund” that apparently takes 7 days, and their only excuse is that the front desk lady is new, but the “manager “ was busy with her BABY IN THE OFFICE! They even told me that they would have taken care of it, but they where busy with the baby…wtf, and the room was halfway decent, but the toilet was hardly working. The next morning I get a call from management saying I noticed you have a dog. I then told them I said something when I checked in. I was told it was $10 and now it’s $20. Then the manager persisted to argue with my wife about the new front desk lady, and the price of the pet fee, and she was just rude, and adamant to make sure SHE had the last word. I know my review is probably a waste of time because they don’t care about their customers, but this goes without saying don’t come here it’s a waste of time and money. Read moreI am a Wyndam Diamond reward member and I have stayed at quite a lot of properties and this one by far it the worst one ever. We arrived 10/2/21 to only stay that night. When arriving a man checked us in and took over $150 from us for a smoking room. In the morning we check what online had the rate should have only been $49.99, we were charged an outrageous fee for our pet/service dog, we were told there would be a breakfast and that the pool is no longer there. In the morning because I paid cash was advised that $30 of my $150 would be refunded to me, first the lady (I assume the man from last night’s wife) only gave me $10 back and when I corrected her on the return fee she got offensive. We explained to her that there were holes in the walls, and what appeared to be blood splattered behind the bathroom door (which we didn’t notice until the morning.) She very rudely told my handicap mother that we should have checked the room before moving our belonging in. We were very tired as we packed up a house and moved to Texas. There were bugs in the room, the DirecTV didn’t work most of the night as there was a bad storm and if you allow pets please have a designated spot for them to go potty.
