While I was in line, there was a shift change; therefore, the people who waited on me could not have been exhausted, and there was no need for mood swing. I ordered 6, foot long tuna sandwiches, to all be fixed the same way. I guess I ordered too many as the girl who was dressing my sandwich had a VERY nasty attitude. Next, let’s get to the cashier, Tia. I asked her to wrap each half in its own parchment paper. She said ok. Then, only wrapped one half in the paper and said they can’t cut the paper in half……just get another piece of paper for the other half,then. DANG! I asked for a dozen oatmeal and raisin cookies. She said they only have 11. I told her to give them all to me. She only gave me 6. Also, she wouldn’t help wrap our bag anything and the line was long. The lil dude, who was doing the bread, had to help the rude girl, who was dressing the sandwiches wrap and bag them, to get the line moving.ALL Tia did was bag cookies and ring people up and tell them what service subway was not providing. Extremely disappointed with the service at Subway located inside Love’s Travel Stop. I came in around 3:30 AM, and there was no Subway staff present at the counter. When I asked the front staff at Love’s, they tried to cover for her, saying she was on a 30-minute break but it’s now been over 45 minutes and still no one has shown up. This is completely unprofessional and disrespectful to customers’ time.
The attitude of the staff was also rude and dismissive, showing zero accountability or concern for proper service. If this is how the night shift operates, it’s a clear sign of poor management and lack of customer care. Definitely not what you expect from a brand...

As soon as I paid, she just left my order on the table without even handing it to me, and walked away angry to help other customers. It was very disrespectful and unprofessional.
