I'm a truck driver and this parking lot is always filled. I have been in the mood for Chile releno for a few weeks now so I decided I would stop earlier then I normally do to try this place out. Every thing is fresh and when I say that I mean everything. From the chips and salsa to the poblano the used. I cat into the soft fluffy fired egg batter in to the pepper and the cheese ozed out. I don't mean like a little bit I mean the kitchen made mine how they would expect it to be served to them. This place is amazing. I don't travel I40 often but this will be my new spot for dinner even if I don't expect to stop for the night. Umm that's the best I can do for a picture. Once I took a bite I could not stop. Omg the caliente salsa that I asked for was the best, I'm picky about salsa, this is the good stuff, the mild looked boring but the hot was on point 💌 my husband and I shared the trio fajitas and they were delicious 😋 fresh ingredients, everything so yummy!!!
