DO NOT go here. The only good out of here is the Manager Susan. The owner won't give you a weekly rate, though we were promised we would get one. It's $95 a day. If you don't have it then you're out. My unit only had 1 window and it was boarded up, the toilet moved 3 inches in both directions, many outlets had burn marks, one out let completely didn't work, and another had something stuck in it, another outlet came out of the wall completely. When we mentioned our shower head was leaking, they took it and never replaced it. I had to rig it with a plastic water bottle. The owner, Koby Shat, is not a good landlord. Our roommate up and left us, we told Koby a week prior that we felt this was happening. So when the roommate left we immediately told the Manager and Koby. He, Koby said it all ok we will work it out. 4 days after the roommate left, Koby instructed the manager to put a "boot" on our door preventing us from entering the unit, leaving my 3 ESA animals and my diabetic medications in the room. The roommate was my dad, also he fell in this unit because of the wobbly toilet, leaving him with 4 broken ribs. Nothing get fixed and you get ripped off. $2,800 a month for a run down shack is not worth it. Also the constant harassment every day to pay. So when the water was shut off, I went to speak to the manager, she was not having the greatest of days and neither was I. With our phones shut off, we had no idea what was going on. Attitudes ensued so I called Koby. He began yelling at me and just told us to leave and was no longer accepting our payment plan. I repeat DO NOT go here, it is not worth the hassle and stress. We have been living in our car due to thus now. And other than the heat, I'm at peace not...
Read moreIt was ok, it was a place to stay when we needed the roof over our heads for two days but tbh- upon arrival, I could instantly tell that the room we were going to stay in wasn't properly cleaned by staff. There's still debris, etc, scattered across the linoleum flooring! Not to mention, that they also have roaches coming out from underneath the bedding- I resorted to using my own sheets and sprayed my own santizing spray (I came prepared for anything lol) and that seemed to do the trick with the few roaches we saw during our 2 day stay. The heater was also not working, and it was extremely cold in the room! It's wintertime, you'd think they'd have at least warned us about this before checking in. But anyway, other than that, I think our stay was okay for the time being. I won't be coming back anytime soon, but I hope eventually the roach problem gets fixed, as well...
Read moreI called to make a reservation and the lady who answered was terribly rude right from the get go! I asked if they were pet friendly because I have two puppies with me. She demanded to know the breed and when I told her I have pitbulls she snapped at me, saying they don't allow pitbulls. I understand that she doesn't make the rules but she definitely could have been nicer about it. And furthermore, even without the offputting service, I don't understand the breed and/or weight restrictions that hotels, motels, apartments, etc. put on dogs. All dogs pass food and beverage the same, all dogs bark, all dogs shed. Granted, some aren't house trained, some shed more than others but these things are not determined by breed. My dogs, at 7 weeks, are more well behaved than most fully grown small breeds I've come in...
