Miami Cheapest Place II ( Milusol ) — Hotel in Hialeah

NON REFUNDABLE; STAY AWAY !! DANGEROUS AREA ! AVOID !!! I wish they had a - star rating. This does not even deserve 1 star. As we drove towards the location, you start seeing spiked gates up all around buildings, then bars on the window's. When GPS said we had arrived, it was a vacant lot. This place was next to that. Well, It is a DUPLEX type apartment place. There are people living there !!!! Several men, in fact. I would have been the only female with pepaw, whom I am traveling with. Needless to say, I did NOT feel SAFE AT ALL... Pepaw is 84 yrs old, & we both ALWAYS carry some form of protection on us & still did NOT feel safe. Pepaw went in to check it out, there is 1 bathroom for the whole place ( & all the people in it) he said there are 2 twin beds, no sheets, no pillows 😳 NOTHING else at all in there. He said the guy ( who didn't speak english very well) went to get sheets for the beds. All wrinkled and wadded up, threw em on the bed. Still no pillows. Pepaw asked where to get some food. The dude told him right up the road on the corner (found nothing), we went to McDonald's ( found on GPS). There were 6-8 cops sitting up there with lights on, OBVIOUSLY a bad & dangerous neighborhood. So I talked to pepaw, and we decided to take the key back and go elsewhere. Pepaw is ex military & retired fire captain. I am ex EMT, we are not dumb defenseless people, but we BOTH felt VERY UNEASY about the whole ordeal. My advice, stay as FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE !!!! DO NOT WASTE your time or money even...

Ok so I got here tues the 13th and I thought it was a great location bec it close to work and i got there and the host who was hella cool he live there with his girlfriend and beautiful baby which I didn’t have a problem with it actually made it very comfortable but I thought that I would be able to stay for a while but as soon as someone made a reservation I had to check out the room which i understand it business So the owner told me they had another property that I could go to, but when I arrived at this property 1550nw 85st Miami florida 33147 It was super unlivable disgusting. Nasty smelled horrible. It looked like a trap house and you can tell it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The bathroom was disgusting. It was overall a nightmare so I went back to the original location where I was staying at. And the The guess who made the original reservation basically wanted to give me the room back and I was told that I could not stay there any longer that I was gonna get the police called on me because apparently I was interfering with the owner’s business, but besides all of that, stay at your own risk oh also there is no TVs in this location. There’s no clean towels, wash towels, blankets, or bottles of water for guest. You basically will have to fend for yourself at...

Very simple room in a residence. Three rooms available. The place smelled like Marijuana. The host was friendly and came let us in at 12 at night. The room was not very clean,basic.
